From crotch to hem, size 14 measured 9 inches! I hope this has been of assistance. It's a fantastic pair of pants.

My son is three years old and a true 3T. I bought him these shorts in a 4T for the upcoming school year, but we both loved them so much that he has worn them since they arrived. He's on the slim side, so a belt is a must, but he looks great in shorts regardless.
"Slim" is listed in the sizing dropdown for sizes up to 7. That is not the case. I ordered the 7 Slim and the 8 Regular, and they are nearly identical (despite the fact that the smaller one is supposed to be slim). My skinny 6-year-old can fit into 7 Slim GAP trousers. Those 7 Slim Children's Place shorts are about 2" wider than the others.
My almost-16-year-old son is trying to gain weight. In other children's place pants and jeans, he wears a 16S, but they're getting a little tight in the hips, so we figured a 16R would be fine. Even when fastened, they slipped right off, so the difference between regular and slim is significant. I'm attempting a 14r for the first time. Aside from that, he liked the design.
However, I had hoped for a brighter hue. The short sames should have been washed previously. However, it is acceptable for school. My son dislikes wearing shorts outside because he feels naked, so the size is perfect. However, this perfectly covers his knees, preventing him from feeling exposed. br>For my 9-year-old, I ordered a size 12 regular. The color is navy.
My son is a physically fit 12-year-old who weighs around 135 pounds. He wears men's jeans with a 29-inch waist, but because he's still a kid, finding clothes that fit and are age appropriate can be difficult. Children's Place has always been a favorite of mine because of their high-quality clothes and low prices. This purchase was particularly appealing because they provide extended sizes as well as a quick and accurate find my size quiz. It recommended a size 16 Husky, which he wore perfectly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of size inconsistency between two pairs of the same product: I ordered a 16H in grey but it wasn't available in khaki, so I went up to an 18R. He had at least 3 inches between the button hole and the button on the 18R because it was so small. That pair was, without a doubt, returned. Overall, the brand is a good choice because the material does not wrinkle, has a wicking feature, is easy to clean, and will last until your little man outgrows them. I've never had a pair of shoes wear out before he's outgrown them.
These are fantastic! For my 6-year-old son, I ordered these shorts. He is required to wear a school uniform, and Chino shorts and pants are perfect! We switched to this product because it was more material-friendly. Super soft cotton that you can wash and dry without ironing if you remove it from the dryer as soon as possible! I intend to wear these pants and shorts during my son's school uniform days!.
My son is on the slum side, so I went with the regular fit because he's growing and the shorts shrink a little (not bad) as he gets older. The fit was perfect after washing and tightening the inner strap; my son is 9 and these shorts will grow with him. I'd buy them again if they came in a wider range of colors.
Uniforms are to be found here. We've had a hard time finding clothes that fit our youngest, but thanks to the availability of Children's Place online, we were able to find all of the uniform shorts, shirts, pants, and even jeans that we required. They were made to go together. They're also long-lasting. True to life colors. I would strongly suggest it.
