I'm beyond thrilled that these uniform shirts are available on Amazon. The size of my son grew by two sizes over summer break, so he was unable to wear her French Toast brand uniform Since his size (14-6H) was not readily available in stores, and the first day of school was coming up, thanks to the Amazon website, it was possible to order it. The Prime shipping enabled me to receive them in two days. It is the only brand I purchase since it has amazing quality and is the perfect fit. To split the difference between a size 14 to 16 husky and a size 18 to 20, I would like to get my son a husky in a size 14 to 16. Those are both what I ordered. In regards to my son's uniform, I am very particular, and I have been having a hard time finding polo shirts that I feel are comfortable. Despite frequent washing, they seem to lose their shape. This has been an amazing experience for me since I saw it. There is no curling or deformation of collars after washing. Ironing is not required every time a shirt is worn. Besides the color, I love it because it is so vibrant. It has been 4 weeks since I bought my first shirt and it hasn't faded in the least. Three and a half year old is just about outgrowing all his clothes in the 3T size. In order to avoid having to worry about it being too small, I ordered the size 4T. I was surprised to see it was so big for a 4T when it arrived. Then I washed and dried it and held it up to another shirt we have from Target that's 5T in size. In terms of size, they were almost identical. So, it should work, but it seems the fabric runs a bit larger. My feeling about this is that the material and stitching are of great quality and I'm confident it will handle washing well.
The color I received was correct, but the length was long When I wanted a short-sleeved shirt, I wore a long-sleeved shirt. I bought this for my son, who is now wearing it much more often. The shoes were still in the packaging when we got ready to wear them, so my son insisted that I keep it. Once we put them on, I couldn't return them. Overall, it is a good quality shirt, but the bad thing is that it came with rust colored stains on the collar and sleeves. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it out. Due to its overseas delivery I was unaware of the error, so I could not return it.
It looks like a very well made shirt. My sons must wear polos for uniforms, and I didn't want to spend too much money on them when my youngest outgrew them all. Considering the price, they were very reasonable. With just 2 weeks left, I bought only 3 shirts and I need to make sure I do laundry on time.
