There is no indication that it becomes brittle. To me, it should be the other way around. A few washings remove the color's brightness as well. This is a one-season pair of pants.

I would not describe them as skinny pants, but they certainly looked fine. It appears to be a regular pair of The knees were nice while they lasted, but unfortunately they only lasted 4 months before all of the knees had holes in them. Four pairs were bought - two blue and two khaki - with holes in the knees all four. If you are considering them, here is my recommendation. There is a store at Old Navy that sells boys skinny uniform pants that are truly skinny Besides pants with reinforced knees, they also sell shorts with reinforced Sales can sometimes be hard to beat for them as well. From now on, I will continue to shop at Old Navy. For some time now, my kids and I have worn Old Navy uniform pants that have lasted for years, so I know it is not just my kid and him.
Delivery in a timely manner. It's VERY misleading marketing since skinny pants for boys are marketed to make parent think they're purchasing pants that have a longer length and a smaller waist than the average pair. I ordered 4 pair of size 12s for my boy, and I kept one pair out to see if the length would be correct It's awesome that it's so long! My 7 year old child has a challenging time with these as they are not skinny in the waist. It is extremely uncomfortable for him to have these tightened as the continuous band rubs on both sides all day. Be careful when buying from this seller, if they call you skinny they mean you are thin. SKINNY - WHAT DO YOU MEAN?.
There is nothing slimmer than Slim! Despite being skinny and tall, my three sons are super skinny. It was so rare that all sizes had the slim option, and I was so excited to find this. I purchased a size larger than their usual age/size because I figured it would fit them perfectly. Only one of my sons could button his pants, but besides that, they were of good quality as usual for Children's Place. I'm ordering the next size up for him and I'll pass down the other sizes to my younger sons and donate the smallest. That was the solution to the problem. (My kids are not the same size as the ones in my profile. The account belongs to me and my husband has it FYI).
It seems that there is not much difference in the quality of the clothes I purchase from The Children's Place on Amazon and their home store, and so far there is nothing to complain about. It is very important to me that the slacks I purchased for my 6 year old are of sturdy fabric, properly stitched, and are well-seamed. Despite the small size, the pockets are deep and even, which is ideal for a little boy who loves stuffing treasures into While the snap and zipper are easy to use, the zipper is placed well and is easy to zip back and forth. It's a size 8 and fits him perfectly, not too tight - still somewhat relaxed but not baggy, which is good news. As long as they are up, they remain firmly planted. This shirt is a good length, it hits his sneakers at the top and bends a little over the top just right. The heels go over the shoe's heel, but they do not touch the ground in back. It's so cute that he has square pockets on his backside, they're In conclusion, these chinos are very nice, as I am and he was very happy with them! The items arrived ahead of schedule and were sufficiently packaged in thick plastic as is typical for Amazon Prime deliveries.
I got it right.
I purchased these for my 5 year old son, who has a very long and lanky physique that is athletic (he's 45 lb on a good day and almost 4ft and a stick with chicken legs and no booties). It seems that they have a good quality and that they are so cute on. He complains that the waist and length are too tight, but in normal skinny jeans we still have to adjust the bands inside to the tightest setting with room to spare. He finds the waist too tight and the length too short. The dress slacks are very nice and I figure he won't wear them very often (as the length is already a bit short for him), but they seem highly uncomfortable for a child so keep that in mind if you have a lengthy event.
These pants fit my son nicely in the waist, thanks to an adjustable waistband, but the legs are too short. I ordered a size 8 thinking that they would be a bit long since he wears a size 8 and a size 10 . It will take until the end of July to deliver the pants. Seeing these & experiencing this kind of disappointment was quite disappointing I think they run on the short side. This is why they were too short, they sent me a size 6, not the size 8 that.
As well as the belt, I bought another one. For an 8 year old who is skinny, the length is good, but he needs a belt. The size 6 I bought for my 6 year old is the same size as the 8 that I bought The pants should've been 7 and 5, but simultaneously I wanted to make sure that they would last for a year or even more. They will do so.
