There is too much space between the pieces as if the piece were made for another interface and not Quest The headphone jack slips on to easily leaving slack or a loose fit so when you play, you can feel it slip and slide a little bit since it's not snugly fitted to Imagine a car seat cover that is too large and how it gets in the way of turning and navigating in traffic because you both slip around too much.
It's still true. The Oculus Quest 2 supports it (generally) well, and it is comfortable in general. It is said that the flaps on the nose are meant to block light entering through them. Worked fine until a few minutes ago. There is not enough space between the flaps. There is barely room for the tip to touch the bottom There's no way to use the light blockers while playing Quest 2 not sure if they work better when playing Quest 1.
had a bit of doubt about buying the cover since there are no reviews, but I figured I could return it and leave it with a negative review if necessary. I ordered the cover on November 11 and received it this morning, November 14. Since it covers the foam completely, it is perfect for sweaty workouts. The estimated delivery date was weeks away, but my order was processed on November 11 and my cover arrived on November 14. It will be so much easier to train with Beat Saber without washing the foam after every workout!.
The price may be too high. It was the first time I had received this item that I see Gee, As far as I can tell, not much has changed. After using it for a while, I became confused. In the end, I found this to be both a necessity for the Quest 2 and affordable even for the twenty dollars I spent. This keeps the sweat from destroying the pad and also allows the grime that is pressed against the face to be contained. Currently, you can purchase this product for an affordable price since the price has been lowered. I appreciate it.
A major plus is that it can be used with an extension piece designed for glasses. There are probably most people who use that extension without glasses as well.
If you don't have a huge honker, the flaps are too far away from the face to keep the light from entering. The nose flaps would fit most people if the maker would just move them about 8mm closer to the face. It is best to stuff with something when it comes to this. There was an additional flap on my nose that I had to glue in, and I would describe my nose as being of average width and height. That would make this thing absolutely GOLDEN if it could be fixed.
The VR cover version of this album was out of stock when I wrote my review, so I got this one instead. It would still allow light to pass through your nose, which is the one major con, in my opinion.
