Tablets will not fit in this machine, but glasses, keys, phones, headphones, and other items will. br>br>It does have some flaws. br>br>1) The description says "squeaky clean," but it only sanitizes, not cleans anything. When you're finished, wipe it down to remove any dead bacteria. 2) Although it is described as "portable," it is not that small. It's small and light, but it's a bit bulky. I'm reminded of old VHS tape rewinders when I see this. br>br>3) There is no On/Off switch! It turns on immediately after being plugged in. The timer is only changed by pressing the button on it. br>br>4) Finally, for me, the green indicator light blinks constantly. When metal is between the lights and the phone, it blinks, according to the instructions. Maybe it's because of the metal in my phone, or maybe it's because of the metal they put in it, but it never stops for me! br>br>At this time, I'm unable to comment on wireless charging because I do not own a phone that supports it. Aside from that, it works and sanitizes, so I'll give it four stars!.
I was pleased with the packaging when I received the product because it appeared to be secure, and it also came with wrap to protect the product from scratches and nicks during shipping. I believe that the wireless charging met or exceeded my expectations, as it quickly charged my devices. The tinted lid to the enclosure was a feature I came to appreciate a lot because it allowed me to see my device's LED, which indicated that it was continuously wirelessly charging throughout the sanitization process, without the direct negative impact on my eyes that UV light can cause without proper protections! Although I don't have a way to quantify the amount of sanitization that occurred during the 15-minute process, I believe that my device was sufficiently exposed for sanitization to occur at that time. Some of the more expensive UV sanitization units on the market at higher price points can complete the process much faster, but at this price point, I'm willing to wait 15 minutes for this device to finish the job! In some ways, it was a give-and-take situation for me. I didn't mind the wait because it charged my phone in the meantime, but I will say that while this provided excellent wireless charging to my Note 4 and my parents' Note 9 devices, I did try other devices to test functionality and ran into issues with other phones in particular. I had issues with my iPhone 7, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, and the OnePlus Nord device when I tried to use them for wireless charging and received the blinking green light, some flickering of the UV lights, and some intermittent power outage while they were inside the wireless charging UV housing and the UV lights were turned on for activity. As soon as I realized there was a problem, I quickly removed the devices. According to the manual that came with the sanitization unit, the blinking green light activated if metal was present between the charging/sanitizing unit and the device being charged. As a result, it's a pity. I couldn't figure out how to get around this issue, which is frustrating because I regularly use an iPhone 7 and would have preferred the wireless charging feature to work with that device. br>Aside from the minor issues with phones with metal casings, I found this product to be extremely functional, and I was generally satisfied with it. It does get a little warm while in use, but not to an alarming degree, and I would have preferred the ability to charge it both wirelessly and wired, but overall, I give this item a 4-star rating. I give it five stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more portable sanitizer. The price is unbeatable!.
I also like the idea of sanitizing the handheld phones around here because that's what most people hold onto. I almost wish there was a larger version of it so that game controllers and other such items could be used.
I can also use it to sanitize other items, such as my Bluetooth earbuds, and it's very easy to use. br>My only wish was that it could charge devices that were not QI enabled. It would be nice if there was a tablet version of this, but it does what it needs to do and looks nice doing it! I'd make another purchase.
At first, it was a bit difficult to open, but once I did, I was blown away! It quickly charged, charged my phone quickly, and then quietly cleaned it. Coming home from errands in the middle of a pandemic made me feel good. I simply throw my phone and keys in, press the start button, and walk away. EASY AS CAN BE!.
Large enough to hold my S20, keys, and remote control, which I had never thought to clean. lol ! br>br>I really liked this product and will definitely tell my friends about it!.
This is a very useful tool because it cleans and sanitizes your phone at the same time. It can also be used as a charger while doing so. Except for the alert noise when it's finished, it's completely silent. It's incredibly simple to use; simply plug it in, insert your phone, and press a single button.
I like how the top opens up like an accordion to allow for larger items to be stored inside. I expected to be able to place your phone on top of it to charge it, but you have to plug it into the charger directly, which isn't as convenient as I had hoped.
