Questions & Answers
Yes, it is compatible with the 6. The stretch band should work, but we haven't tried our stand with every brand of stretch band on the market.
It completely shows on my Series 5 38mm. I'm not sure if the 44mm will be visible.

When you connect your Apple Watch to its charger and turn on nightstand mode, it displays charging status, the current time and date, and the time of any alarms you've set. Tap the display or lightly nudge your Apple Watch to see the time. It could even be as simple as tapping or nudging the table. br>br>An Apple Watch on its side, connected to the charger, with the charging symbol in the top-left corner of the screen. The current time is in the upper right corner, and the time of the next alarm is in the lower left corner. If you use the Alarms app to set an alarm, your Apple Watch will gently wake you up with a unique alarm sound in nightstand mode. When the alarm goes off, press the side button to silence it, or press the Digital Crown to snooze for another 9 minutes.
This is designed to fit Apple Watch models 3, 4, 5, and 6, and it comes with a protective case.

This charging stand was created to hold the puck that came with the magnetic chargers that came with Apple Watch Series 6 and earlier models. The rapid charger that came with the Series 7 has a thinner puck that can't keep a solid connection with the watch while charging. I inserted coins behind the charging puck to keep it close to the watch once I noticed the difference in thickness. (It took two US 25 coins to get it to work. ) ) It would have been preferable if the manufacturer had included a precision plastic spacer with the Series 7 to make it work. Otherwise, they need to stop referring to this device as Series 7-compatible.
The silicone is solid, soft, and has a nice appearance, and I love the aqua blue color, which is true to the picture on the website. My 40 mm series 4 easily fits in; It comes with a milanese band, but I'm thinking of getting the pink one just to use as a stand for safekeeping instead of laying the watch on counters when I need to remove it. It comes highly recommended from me!.
While using the "Nightstand mode" display, this is a great, cute, and nostalgic way to store and charge an Apple Watch. Elago is a brand I trust, so it comes as no surprise that these are well-made and perform as expected. Obtaining a USB drive It was a little difficult to get a plug through the W3 opening (had to flex the back of the "Mac" a little), but a USB-C port worked just fine. The C plug will fit fine. br>br>Charging is said to be intermittent in some reviews. Even if those reviewers are using shoddy third-party chargers, there is a slight idiosyncrasy with these that I noticed when using OEM Apple chargers (one plastic charger that came with my Series 6 Watch and one metal 1M charger purchased from Apple). The chargers take a slight backseat in the well they've dug for themselves. The watch could be lifted 1mm or 2mm off the charger due to the stand's shape. However, I discovered that the watch also lifted the charger out of the way to make a solid contact on a number of occasions. br>br>My solution? From the box where the stand came, I cut two "spacers. " As a guide, you can use a quarter coin from the United States or an actual charger; in either case, use scissors to X-ray the area. I used an acto knife or a compass cutter to cut out two circles from the box to place beneath the charger. (I attempted to use a coin but it was too thick. ) Keep the box made of paper. ) ONE wasn't quite enough, and THREE was excessive. Two of them were ideal; Goldilocks would be ecstatic with this. The charger sits flush against the "lip" of the charger well of the stand after two of these spacers are inserted behind it, and the watch makes solid, magnetically held contact and charges flawlessly. A 40mm Apple Watch is centered in the "screen" and sits about 2mm above the bottom of the slot thanks to the positive contact. Sliding the watch into the slot 19 times out of 20 in my impromptu test made perfect contact. To get the watch off the charger, I have to actually press down on it. br>br>It's a very simple change to make, and it's completely undetectable. My 40mm Series 6 Watch charges quickly now that I've made this change. br>br>Both the W3 (classic Mac) and W4 (blueberry iMac) allow you to coil excess cable from a 1M charger cable in the back gently. When coiling the W3, be careful not to coil it too loosely so that the bottom doesn't sit flush against a flat surface. The opening on the W4 is small, so you'll have to turn the cable carefully while coiling it inside the stand, or just coil it once or twice at the USB charging port. br>br>The W4's back opening is a little higher, so my Nike 40mm Apple Watch strap rests on it, potentially tilting the watch off the charger a little. With the strap open, I use the W4 stand. The strap on the W3 is threaded through itself, which I like. br>br>Apple Watch Nightstand mode is fantastic; for more information, see the Apple Watch User Guide. The display is awakened by movement or vibration near the watch. When an alarm is about to sound, it is said to gradually brighten. br>br>Examples can be found in the photos.
It's so adorable! I only have one complaint, which is why I only gave it two stars! I have a sport loop (Velcro) style band, and the way it connects to the watch prevents it from sitting flush enough in the screen slot to charge! To make it fit, I had to take that side off. However, without it, it was a perfect fit. Moreover, the sliding mechanism is easy to use- It'd be nice if I didn't have to do it. I tried it with a regular silicone band and it fit perfectly with both ends attached, so you should be fine if you use that style. It can't be a sport loop or a metal (Milanese or link) loop. br> A little beveling would almost certainly solve the problem. br>What's the deal with the two stars? Because it appears to be a major oversight to design this with only one standard silicone band style in mind- It would be different if I were using an unusual style, but the band I'm using is an authentic Apple band, and sport loops/Milanese loops are extremely popular!.
This is an inaccuracy in the description. The 44mm Series 4 Apple Watch is not compatible with this band. When the phone is placed on a nightstand, the top of the screen is cut off. This was purchased solely to ensure that the W3 stand would not fit. This product suffers from the same issue as previous versions.
The only "but" I'd add is that in my case, I have the Apple Watch Series 5, 44 mm, and while it fits almost perfectly, an extra millimeter on the top part that covers the watch would be nice so it doesn't cover even a fraction of the charge going on. It's not a deal breaker, but having that fully visible would be ideal.
cell) She adores the watch. Just a quick note: There is a slight over-exaggeration on the right side where the pink meets the tan. Because there was a spill of pink silicon, it isn't completely flush. This is why I gave it three out of five stars in terms of value for money. It's important to note that it bothers me more than she does! It's most likely a quality control issue, but I adore Elago and will continue to use their products regardless. Aside from that, the design is flawless and a fantastic homage to the iMac of yesteryear.
(I have a mesh band that closes with a magnet, making it simple to secure. ) It's the best of the best!.
