I was given a cheaper version of this charger, and it worked well enough to convince me that it's something I should have in my kit. When I found out that Anker had a version, I decided to give it a try because the other was clearly not as durable, and this is a significant improvement over the cheap knockoff. It's bigger and more solidly connected, so it doesn't need a prop to keep it upright, and I can put it in the C-section. The weight of my watch is entirely supported by the charger when I use my MacBook Pro in my lap, so there are no issues. I'm not sure what's going on inside either of them, but this one charges my Apple Watch much faster than the one that came with it. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. br>br> I hope it was of use to you.
Anker has been my go-to for a long time. They're the go-to place for most electronic accessories, and they've done it again! I plugged it into an Anker power bank with PD charging. Surprise! ), I tossed my watch on it, and it charged flawlessly! The magnet, like the OM charger that comes with it, isn't particularly powerful. If you're on the fence, I'd advise you to take the plunge! Especially if you need a device that is MFi certified.
I finally found an apple watch travel charger, and I wanted one from a name I could trust. It's not too heavy when you put your watch on it, and it works with my battery bank and the Apple Watch 7.
I tried a few "reasonably priced" Apple Watch chargers in order to cut down on the number of cords I had. During charging, both heated up the watch. I took the plunge and bought the Anker product, which has proven to be a winner because the watch charges just as quickly as the original Apple charger while being far more convenient and portable. This is something I wholeheartedly endorse.
When I was browsing Amazon quickly, I misunderstood and thought I could charge it (like a battery pack) during the day and then keep it on my nightstand (without a cord) to charge my watch. For the same reason, I thought it would be an excellent camping option. This is not the case. br>br>I suppose it's convenient in the sense that you can charge your watch without having to deal with a tangled cord, but if you're using it as an alarm, you'll have to keep it plugged into something nearby. I returned it today because it wasn't what I was looking for.
I use this when I travel, and five out of the last ten times I've used it, my watch hasn't been charged at all when I wake up in the morning. I would not recommend this product.
I bought this to go with my MacBook accessories because I needed something smaller than the Apple charger. This charger, which is about the size of a keychain and fits into one of my laptop-sized pockets, has taken the place of another cable dangling from my laptop. compartments in the carrying case Because it's connected to my laptop like a flash drive, it's also easier to keep track of the charging process with a quick glance. It's quite sturdy, and the magnet does a good job of keeping my laptop in place while I move around. The main flaw is that it does not support fast charging with the new 7 Series watch, so keep that in mind. Hopefully, a new version will be available soon. Aside from that, it's a good charger at a good price.
I despise carrying cables, particularly Apple cables. This device is slim and lightweight, making it ideal for travel. If you want to travel as light as possible, I highly recommend this product. Anker is the absolute best!.
