I use a Bluetooth earpiece all day, but my Plantronics M165 had reached the end of its useful life after several years. br>br>I was looking for a Bluetooth earpiece that had the following features:
- all- br>comfort of the daybr> - a long-lasting batterybr> - ability to be carried in my pants pocket on rare occasionsbr> - good audio quality for listening (for phone calls and podcasts)br> - AND (perhaps most importantly! ) ) a delicate, high-resolution camera fidelity microphone to ensure good audio quality for the person on the other end of a phone callbr>br>That was the big one. Most earpiece reviewers never mention how they sound to people on the other end of the line, which is frustrating. "Are you using a Bluetooth headset?" no one wants to hear. You have a terrible voice! "br>br>I decided to give this one a try after reading a LOT of reviews for a LOT of headsets. Every other decision point seemed to be a good fit, and I hadn't seen any major complaints about microphone quality, so it was worth a shot. What are the outcomes? br>br> I'm very happy with it! I made some audio recordings with any and all Bluetooth earpieces and headsets I could find. The audio quality of the Comexion A8's microphone is *slightly* less crisp than that of the M165. but only in a minor way It was *significantly* superior to the rest of my "collection" of Bluetooth earpieces and headphones. "I developed the habit of asking everyone I spoke with, "How do I sound?" " "You sound fine," they all said, with the occasional "Oh - " Do you have a headset on while you're on the phone? It appears that you are simply on the phone. " That's fantastic news! br>br>At this point, I'm not convinced by the claims of "noise suppression. " Background noise (TV audio, coffee shop background noise) has been reported by callers. Callers, on the other hand, say they can clearly hear me when I'm speaking. So I believe that is the most important factor. Also, because the microphone is very sensitive, I can almost whisper and still be heard if I'm in a quiet environment. br>br>Comfort is excellent: This earpiece includes a variety of ear pads, pillows, and funnels (!). ) that offer a diverse range of possibilities. You have the option of optimizing for a tight fit (great bass response for music) or using one of the funnel-shaped funnels. With earpiece ear shaped pads, you can choose great comfort and the ability to hear surrounding sounds a little better. br>br>Battery life is continuous throughout the day. I got this bluetooth headset on Wednesday, 4/22/2020, and I've been using it every day since. SO FAR, I'M IN LOVE WITH IT! It's as if my ear is completely deafeningly deafeningly deafeningly dea When I received a notification or text message, I was taken aback a couple of times. It's so comfortable that I don't even notice it's there. The volume is just right - That's how it started, and I haven't had to change it because of new content. br>The only thing I don't care for is - at the moment - My phone's battery level indicator remains 100% the entire time. I've checked it multiple times. It gave me about three minutes of warning, then said "battery low" once, and then died. I returned it on AND IT SHOWED 2010% battery. I've used it on two different devices at the same time (yes, it can do that). )br>The battery notification continues to be a problem for me. I've tried it out on a variety of devices. THAT IS AN ISSUE THAT THEY ARE BOTH CONCERNED ABOUT Aside from that, this is a cool gadget.

Plantronics has had my business for a long time. I prefer the Voyager series earpiece to a full headset because I can talk while wearing my cowboy hat. The disadvantage is that the rubber begins to fall apart and crack after 3 or 4 months. I was fed up with paying nearly $100 for a piece of equipment that would last less than a year. br>br>When it came time to replace it, I came across this product and decided to give it a shot. I figured it would be okay for a third of the price, even if it didn't last very long. br>br>Wasn't I surprised? br>br>First and foremost, the fit was far superior to that of the Plantronics. I honestly don't mind wearing this earpiece all day because it doesn't bother me. "All-day comfort" is a true statement. The only downside is that I looked for it for 20 minutes one day and it was already in my ear. br>br>Next, there's the battery life: I'm very pleased with the amount of talk time I get from each charge, and the standby time is fantastic. br>br>When it comes to charging this earpiece, you use a standard micro USB cable, not some overpriced magnetic clip that wears out quickly. br>br>I work as a truck driver, and I can get out of my car or truck and stay connected to my phone inside for about 40 feet before losing signal. Now we'll talk about sound quality and noise cancellation. br>br> There is no better sound in a car. Not a perfect ten, but a solid nine out of ten. Even when I'm in my truck, people tell me that I sound good. While talking in a car or truck with the windows rolled down while moving reduces sound quality slightly, I am still well understood on the other end of the line, and I can hear them fine as well. br>br>I'm ecstatic that I came across this earpiece. Working behind the wheel for 12 to 14 hours a day can be exhausting. Anything that makes your job a little easier is money well spent. That investment is very easy to handle at the price of this earpiece. br>br>**UPDATE** 7/29/2020br>I recently purchased a second of these. You can talk about how great something is without truly believing it. It says a lot about me when I spend money on something I've already tried. Now, if one of my earpieces' battery dies, I can simply switch to the second earpiece while the first one recharges. br>br>After using it every day for over two months, the first earpiece I purchased is still in good shape and shows no signs of wear. I put in a lot of effort, and my electronic equipment has to withstand a lot of abuse. This earpiece has proven to be more durable than I could have imagined. If you're going to buy this earpiece, make sure you get it from the same seller I did.
