I work from home and always use a headset with my phone; I used to have a high-end Plantronics, but it got lost in my pocket and washed, so I needed a temporary good replacement. After a few weeks of use, I've decided to make this my permanent headset!
- It sits snugly in my ear, so it doesn't slide around like my Plantronics did.
- Because I'm lazy, I haven't figured out all of the features yet, but one thing I miss is being able to inquire about the battery life. I was on a call the other day and was silently praying that it would last through my call as it was chastising me about low battery.
- The case is fantastic! It's a little longer than my Plantronics case, but it's a lot thinner and fits into the organization pockets of my purse and laptop bag much better.
- The toggle switch for turning on and off is one of my favorites. I can't tell you how many times I've picked up and unfolded my other headset, thinking I'd taken it off, only to find my 4-year-old nephew on it, talking to Google.
- It's great that it can be worn on either ear. My Plantronics did as well, but it was awkward where this headset was concerned. br>br>I'll never pay $100 for a bluetooth headset again when Conambo headsets are available. They provide Plantronics with Wal-Mart experience. budget of the market.
I'm writing this review because the on-line version of the game isn't as good as the physical version The off switch has completely cracked and is now practically unusable. I'm confident that I won't be able to turn them on or off any time soon. I'm hoping the COMPANY notices this and responds with a replacement. br>1st Update - I was contacted by the company and asked to delete this review. They claimed to have switched manufacturers and offered me $15 "as an apology. "br>Update 2 - I responded that I would not delete my review, that I rely on honest and accurate reviews, that mine had been accurate, and that I couldn't remotely vouch for a device if the manufacturer had changed. br>Update 3 - I told them I didn't want their money. They responded again, offering me $30 in exchange for removing my review. I'll tell them that "deleting" this review isn't something I'm willing to sell.
For over 15 years, I've been shopping on Amazon. I was so taken with this headset that I'm writing my second or third review ever. br>br>Each workday, I spend several hours on the phone. This is the most inexpensive option. I've been looking for a low-cost, high-quality Bluetooth headset solution.
- SWITCH TO TURN ON/OFF MECHANICALLY: Prior to the purchase, this was not a critical feature. I can't imagine my life without it now. Do you need to quickly activate or deactivate the headset? The mechanical switch outperforms the press-and-hold button solutions I've used in the past on numerous headsets.

after that, he died For about 4 months, it worked perfectly. Then he passed away. br>br>Post has been revised (downward from 2) - The seller has approached me four times to ask me to remove my review because they are a "small business" and "negative reviews hurt. " The thing is, my review was honest, and I did account for the fact that batteries gradually degrade over time; however, the failure did not occur gradually, but rather abruptly.
