You must use the headset's call button. It works some of the time, but you may need to press the answer button on your phone. It works fine at home, but call quality is split 50/50 in the car.
The video is misleading and should be removed from the page because there is no charging port on the back of the battery! This is the email I sent to this seller about the problem: br>"Hello, I recently bought the "Bluetooth Headset V5. I, on the other hand, received the older version TWO times! How can I obtain the newer model with the charging port on the battery's back? You might also want to change the Amazon page's description so that people aren't misled if the item you're selling can't be charged without removing the battery from the headset, as both of the units I received couldn't be. It is determined by the phone 4. The number one is always around 30 feet, and the number five is for newer models. Bluetooth range is 100 feet.
Yes, I'll be using iPhones for the rest of my life.

When I received this headset, I discovered that one of the earpieces was broken. As a result, I gave the headset back in its entirety. I decided to give it another try because I liked the sound and quality of the working earpiece, so I ordered one of the same models. I was pretty excited to open the box and try out my new headset when I got the package, which was nicely shrink wrapped. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, all I found was a red ribbon. I was extremely disappointed. This is a product that I will not order again. br>br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. The seller contacted me after I posted my original review and apologized for any confusion. He even sent me a newer model of the earpiece at his expense, which I received and, as I stated in my initial post, I absolutely love. But, above all, I am extremely pleased with how the seller handled customer service in this situation. As a result, I withdraw my previous statement and will continue to buy from this seller. Thank you for standing by your word!.
I usually wait to give reviews, but this one left such an impression on me that I decided to write one now. br>br>Over the years, I've purchased a variety of Bluetooth devices, from the cheapest to the most expensive, and this one has consistently outperformed them all. It goes well with my Samsung Galaxy S8. Clarity. br>br> It's absolutely incredible. Without any cutting out, the picture is crystal clear. There is no noise or distortion. Other callers praised the clarity as well. br>br>Connectivity is a term that is used to describe the ability to connect with other people. It takes only a few seconds to connect, and once connected, it stays connected. The pairing process was simple and painless. br>br>Functionality is a word that comes to mind when thinking about functionality. It can activate Siri or Google Assistant, in my case. When prompted, simply say a command, such as making calls to specific people, texting a specific person, or asking it to open a specific app. All you have to do now is say 'call Joe,' 'text Joe,' or 'open Pandora,' and you're good to go. By pressing and holding down the volume button, you can also use it as a next button to switch music tracks. br>br>Battery is a word that has a lot of different meanings depending on who you ask. I've only used it on my left ear so far, and I've had it on and off for two days, switching between calls and music. Alternatively, the battery can last for 8 to 10 hours (not continuously). I can't tell what level it's at because I'm on Android, but it's reassuring to know there's an extra battery included. Unfortunately, it's for the other ear, which means you'll have to switch ears to use it, but the advantages, in my opinion, outweigh the inconvenience. My solution is to purchase a second unit; the low cost makes it worthwhile. br>br>Comfort. I saved the best for last because you hear all the time in reviews that you won't even notice it's there, but then you buy it and it's comfortable at first, but it hurts after a while. It happens to me all the time, maybe I'm just extra sensitive, but this one is by far the most comfortable I've ever tried! It encircles my ear without pinching or grasping at it. It doesn't have any sharp or hard edges that rub against your ear and irritate it over time; I put it on at 1230pm and wore it until 1030pm without issue. In fact, I felt strange without it when I took it off. I actually put it back on for a few more minutes because I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it. Strangely enough, this is accurate. Conclusion. br>br> This low-cost unit has really impressed me. I rarely give five stars because I'm a very critical and honest person who believes there's always room for improvement. However, in this unit, there isn't much room for improvement. I know it's a bold claim, but it's accurate. The replacement rubber pieces were too small, which was my only criticism. It would be great if I could go up a size, but it isn't a major issue. I'm going to buy a bunch more of these and give them away as gifts. br>br>Try it out; you will not be disappointed!.
Regrettably, my Plantronics have failed. I made the decision to try these. Now that I've been using them for about a month, here's my take on them.
- They fit my ears in a way that is easy to put on once I get them on. So it's not impossible, and it's actually quite simple once you realize you need to turn them one way or the other.
- They've got a good sound system. Both in terms of listening and speaking. br>br>consbr>- Ringing noises are produced by the phone and the device.
- It's a little awkward to raise and lower the volium. br>- It is not possible to answer calls using voice. Also, pressing the button is a little awkward. br>br> This is my personal opinion based on my own use of these. They are well worth the investment, particularly if you are on a tight budget. So far, I haven't been able to hear any of my calls via my phone. I haven't attempted to use these while listening to music. I prefer to play phone games over listening to music. br>br>In almost every way, this device is comparable to Plantronics. The only difference is that volume is controlled by a wheel rather than a knob. It's simpler to use the answer button because it only requires a gentle nudge. You can either hard hold (volume) or hard push (answer) this device.
br>This is the second Bluetooth product I've bought that doesn't let you use Bluetooth software to make a call while driving hands-free. This is just a Bluetooth earpiece. It can answer the phone and perform some very basic functions related to music playback. Yes, I know it says earpiece in the product title, but unfortunately that also describes physically what it is, i. e. , a Bluetooth device. In this day and age of laws about hands-free driving, I believe it is criminal to call this a Bluetooth device simply because it can pair with your phone or other device. Yes, I know it says earpiece in the product title, but unfortunately that also describes physically what it is, i. e. , a Bluetooth device. GRRRR, something that gets stuck in your ear. I needed this right away because I'd been commuting for several hours to assist a sick relative, and I was forced to use speaker phone. UGH. br>With my small hands, I found the buttons to be finicky and difficult to locate. This would be impossible to use for someone with large fingers or dexterity issues.
