It is simple enough for them to email you the PIN instead of charging over the phone

The $20 card is the same one you buy at Walmart. It would be much cheaper to email the PIN to you instead of mail it to you for over 11 dollars. This won't work if that happens. There was no additional money deposited into I am really mad at this moment.

I will not buy again. This is the second time I bought from the seller. We are unable to use it. For almost $40, I got nothing in return! It was a gift I gave to a friend that made me feel embarrassed.

DO NOT BUY this card! It is not a Tracfone card. The card is way overpriced at $31 for what is actually worth $25, and they don't even send you a Tracfone card just paper with a code that you don't work, and something they call a tracfone card.
