How are the two parties represented? What was the cause of the cancellation? Thanks a lot, total wireless, I did not cancel my order for 4 lines at A talk plan, text plan, and unlimited data plan are also available

As a Christmas present for my four kids, I bought them unlocked cell phones I placed the order because you offered the best deal and they needed service, so what could I do? It is impossible for the service to be turned on due to the ad which stated that it would be enabled via email after the Afterward, you changed the announcement so that it would ship on January 8th. You may see the message I received for yourself by reading the copy I found on the internet. In light of this total wireless AND Amazon issue, what is the best course of action? In the end, my mistake wasn't the representative's fault, so who is the representative? Please accept Caroline McDonald's sincere gratitude.
