Hello Geoff,br>Sorry, this model is primarily for 4G bands; however, if your 5G bands are involved in Band 2/4/5/12/13/17 but not other special bands, you can give it a shot. Actually, we don't recommend using it as a 5G booster; instead, check out this: Thank you for your time. B08G8NZ9HJbr>
Hello,br>A specific condition is required for the CELL PHONE BOOSTER work. br>First and foremost, you must have a signal of at least one and a half bars (>-). Outdoors, your mobile phone band must be Band 2, 4, 5, 12, 13 or 17, and your indoor phone band must be Band 2. br>The installation also necessitates a roof between the internal and external antennas, as far as possible to avoid self-flagellation. Oscillation of excitement br>As long as the conditions are met, the amplifier will work. AnyCall, br>best regards, br>best regards, br>best regards, br>best regards, br>best
Hello there, br>Please do not be concerned about the U Bolt, but it does not include the pole or pipe for sure, thank you for your understanding. br>If you need a pipe, a 2 inch pipe will suffice. Thank you, br>
It'll most likely function properly. The outside antenna should be as high as possible, and the inside antenna should be as low as possible, preferably waist high. As much as possible, each antenna should be pointing away from the other. The cell tower serving the location should always be visible from the outside antenna. The indoor antenna should face the room that will be served, and it should not be pointing in the same direction as the outdoor antenna.

Even with the outside antenna just shy of the front of the camper and the inside antenna right at the back, I'm lucky if I get 1 bar gain compared to when the unit is turned off. I'm not sure it's worth the money, but I'll take it anyway. Because I used the entire 35 feet of outside cable to run up the back and across the roof, I couldn't separate the antenna any further. I double-checked and I'm on Verizon band 4, so that's good to go.
I was hoping the device would work at this price point, but it didn't. It didn't seem to help in any way, and I'm using an older AT. t iPhone and a Samsung Galaxy S4 on Verizon Android. This device provided no benefit to either of them, and it claims to be suitable for a car, but no car can comply with the directions, which state that the roof and internal antennas must be 25 feet apart. This is more suited to a recreational vehicle. Nonetheless, I tried it, and all of the lights turned green, and everything appeared to work, but nothing did. Worse yet, while driving around in the sunshine, I noticed that the antenna cap had come loose, indicating that whoever glued it down did not do a particularly good job. It was extremely cost effective. Inside, I discovered the strangest antenna I'd ever seen. It was odd that there was some bubble wrap on the inside. Anyway, I reattached the cover, but it didn't help. This appears to be the same basic product sold by different vendors under different names, and I'm guessing it's some foreign garbage packaged over and over again here. It's possible that I'm mistaken and it just looks like other products that do the same thing. And their junk status is based on the cheap construction and lack of functionality of what I received. This is a product I would avoid.
I had hoped for more for the price. In the first test, our 5th wheel was parked in a stationary position, and our phones received 1-minute messages. In a specific location, there are two bars of signal. I tried the external antenna in various locations outside the camper with no luck, so I moved it inside the camper where the phones would pick up the signal. br>br>The effective range of the interior antenna was roughly 12" (yes, inches); best performance was achieved by leaning the phone against the antenna; we were still unable to use phones reliably on the booster, but we could if we returned them to their original position (where the booster antenna was placed). The signal was intermittent at the time, and it was impossible to establish a consistent connection. I'm going to return it. br>br> Change the unit you're using and see what happens.
I bought it to improve the signal in my RV. I got it and put it in place. My signal has improved ZERO in the six months since it was first installed. I've tried everything I can to get this to improve my phone signal strength, but it's all been in vain. This is a total squander of funds. It also only allows you to try it for a month before they remove the option to return it. This product is completely useless; do not waste your money on it. It's nothing more than a rip-off. Now I have a $300 paperweight on my hands.
4 bars. My cellphone works on the extender's bands, but with the booster turned on, I never got a strong signal.
A painters pole attached to the ladder in the RV extended about 23 feet up. Through the window, I ran the coax. The inside of the trailer's extender/distributor, on the other hand, was unable to push the enhanced signal out to allow the antenna to function properly. We used our phones as hotspots to broadcast to our laptops from several feet away, which worked fine, but the cell phones had to be (literally) leaned against the small antenna broadcast part to receive the signal.
Jenny from tech support responded to my email the next day with answers and a solution to my problem. She took the time to learn about the product, read and comprehend my concerns, and point me in the direction of the adapters I needed to connect to my RV's coaxial wiring. Thank you a lot!.
On a stationary trailer, this is a good booster for a Verizon iPhone. The signal from the booster used to be very weak, and it would disappear during calls. I can now use my cellular data to access the internet.
