Product Description

SINGLE DOME/PANEL ANTENNA KIT: This Cel-Fi GO X cell signal booster for AT&T comes with a single dome/panel antenna kit. One can be used, while the other is discarded.
ADVANTAGE OF A 100dB SINGLE-CARRIER BOOSTER: The GO X is the only 100dB cellular signal booster on the market. The GO X only boosts one cell carrier at a time, but it does so by 40 decibels more than other boosters. Gain is a metric for signal amplification; higher gain indicates faster data rates, a larger coverage area, and a better cell signal.
FASTEST DATA RATES: A slow data rate is a painful symptom of a weak signal. The Cel-Fi GO X AT is a device that allows you to connect to the internet via Bluetooth.
NO MORE DROPPED CALLS: By boosting your cell signal with the Cel-Fi GO X, you can avoid dropped calls and poor audio quality.
FULLY FCC CERTIFIED: Designed in California and FCC ID YETG32-2451213 certified as a consumer cell phone signal booster.

Selected User Reviews For Cel-Fi GO X | 100 dB 4G/5G Cell Phone Signal Booster for Rural Homes & Offices | Verizon, AT&T, Or T-Mobile | 1 Antenna Kit

I recently installed this cell signal booster on a large home for orphans (Aloha House of Hope) we are building on 200 acres in the middle of the woods in a very rural area of Virginia (Aloha House of Hope)
5/5

Because I'm building the house myself, I'll need reliable cell service to communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors. Our cell service was spotty at first, but it was usable. The signal had recently deteriorated to the point where we could only get an LTE (4G) signal reading of -. 112db. The signal would frequently degrade to 3G or 1X, rendering the device useless. br>br>After extensive research into the various boosters available, we chose the Cel-X. The Fi Go X system is a system that allows you to connect to the internet via We have two WeBoost systems that we use on other buildings in the area of the Aloha House of Hope, and while they work, they don't work as well as we would like. Based on our research, the GO X system provided the most amplification of the various products available. It's not cheap, but when you need reliable cell service in a remote location, you'll pay whatever it takes. I should also mention that we do not have access to high-speed internet, so a strong cell signal is also required for that. The Repeater Store on Amazon was where we got our GO X system. The Yagi antenna on the outside, two panel antennas on the inside, the GO X booster, and the cables and connectors that go with it make up our system. br>br>I just finished installing the Go X system and am very happy with it. Ray at The Repeater Store and I exchanged several text messages. Ray was always quick to respond to my questions (within an hour or less) and provided me with very detailed and helpful information. Having previously installed two WeBoost systems, I knew how important it is to position the outside antenna for the best signal. Furthermore, because the Yagi antenna we used is directional, it is critical that it be pointed in the right direction. br>br>At first, I used a third-party app called Open Signal on my iPhone. It detects the cell phone signals your phone is receiving, displays the signal strength, and displays a map of nearby cell tower locations. It also has a directional function, which is represented by a round dial with an arrow pointing in the direction of the cell tower to which your phone is locked. This functions similarly to a compass, with the arrow moving as you rotate your phone, always pointing in the direction of the phone's current cell tower. br>br>Because this is a large three-story house (8,000 square feet), I climbed out on the lower roof and walked around looking for the best signal. The phone would change cell towers and the Open Signal locator arrow would swing around and point in the opposite direction as I walked from one end of the lower roof to the next. This is something I've done before. Turning on "Airplane Mode" and then turning it off is a quick way to get your phone to relocate a signal. As a result, the phone begins to look for a cell signal. It's no longer necessary to wait and wonder if your phone is locking onto the strongest signal. br>br>In the end, I decided it was well worth the risk and trouble to climb to the top of the gable roof's highest peak and install the antenna at the gable's end. The pitch of this roof is 12/12 (45 degrees) and it is about 40 feet off the ground. I've included photos of the external antenna's location after it was installed. I used an extension ladder with ladder hooks to reach the highest gable from the lower roof, which is only a 5/12 pitch (you can walk comfortably on that type of roof). I pushed the ladder up the large 12/12 pitch roof section and hooked it over the gable roof's top edge. In the photo I posted, you can see the ladder. After that, it was just a matter of climbing up the ladder, swinging my leg over the roof ridge (basically straddling the ridge), and scooting out along the ridge to the gable's edge. I then leaned over and screwed the antenna bracket to the facia board of the gable end, followed by the antenna installation. I checked the direction of the cell tower with the Open Signal app while I was up there. I also reconnected the antenna cable to the house. br>br>Because the house is still being built, we plan to install the panel antennas inside the walls at the end of the house on the two lower floors where reception was the worst, making the installation completely invisible. However, I temporarily mounted the panel antennas on the unfinished walls for the time being. br>br>After that, I installed the X Wave App, which is used to set up your GO X booster. Installing the app took a few minutes, and updating it took another few minutes. After that, the app used bluetooth to connect to the booster. You can check a variety of settings from there. The antenna location function was the only thing I used. That way, you can test the signal strength by pointing your external antenna in different directions. As a result, I had to climb back up onto the roof ridge. Fortunately, I was still able to connect to the booster in the house via Bluetooth. I swung the antenna around to the various cell tower locations that Open Signal displayed. Then I used the Wave app to check the signal strength in each of the locations where the antenna was pointed. It takes approximately 30 seconds for each reading to be completed. I then returned inside to check the results after rotating the antenna to the strongest position. WOW! br>br>EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EX What a stark contrast. I went from having no signal or a signal of - to having no signal or a signal of -. 112db to a colossal - 72db. This would be the equivalent of going from no bars or barely one bar to four bars. Depending on your phone, you may have up to five bars. I was able to go into areas of the house where it was previously guaranteed that I would lose all coverage and now receive a very strong signal. Ray at The Repeater Store was kind enough to check the strength of my antenna and booster signal from his location to confirm that I had a very strong signal. We also intend to run a separate cable and interior antenna to an apartment above the garage, and Ray told me exactly what I'd need (a larger splitter and longer cable). br>br>One last point: when choosing a location, think about how you'll ground your antenna to keep it safe from lightning strikes. We have a lot of thunderstorms in our area, and we've had external electronic products (primarily power gate openers) damaged by lightning. Unfortunately, we are not close to any of the installed grounding rods in the best location I could find. I plan to install a second ground rod near the external antenna and run a 10 awg wire down to it in the near future. It's not a difficult procedure, but it's important to remember. To summarize, I give The Repeater Store's GO X system my highest recommendation. They have consistently outperformed my expectations. For the skeptics out there, I am not being compensated for this review, I paid full price for my system, and I had no prior experience with The Repeater Store or the maker of the GO X system prior to this purchase.

Please see the secret Amazon phone number for help with tech issues
5/5

Things went smoothly after I completed my initial setup. I made the decision to add a second antenna to my house. A splitter, cables, and an antenna were among the items I purchased. It was put in place. My bars dropped from 3 to 4 in the original antenna to 1 to 2 in the room served by the first antenna, and this did not appear to help. As a result, I decided to call the much-hyped tech support, where I was eventually instructed to leave a number after listening to music. I received a call about an hour later, but I was in a room with poor cell service and found the voicemail after the call. I was told to contact you again. I tried calling the number that had been left, but it was busy. Several attempts resulted in a busy signal. I made the decision to make an attempt at conversation. I was informed that I would have to make an appointment. I gave up after a long time. I'll give it another shot tomorrow to see if I can reach anyone. br>I'm going to add to this. I received a second call about 4 hours after the first one. I told the tech agent about my issue. He told me he couldn't help me because I bought my device on Amazon. It was necessary for me to dial a different number. The following number was dialed. I was informed that they no longer supported Amazon products and that a new phone number had been assigned to me. I texted this number several times before receiving a response stating that they would contact me as soon as possible. So, after 5 hours of waiting, I spoke with a very knowledgeable technician, and my problem was resolved. For this product, the secret Amazon phone number is 949- 449- 2290 You should have better luck than I did if you begin with this number. br>After reading my review, I received a call from the company's CEO, who expressed his desire to resolve my issue for future Amazon customers who sought assistance. My support issues were discussed, and he promised that they would be resolved. He also took a look at my signal and informed me that there were still issues. He's dispatching a human to examine my system after several failed attempts at repair. I was impressed by his sincere desire to resolve the issue. As a result, I'm raising my rating to four stars, and I'll keep you updated once the expert examines my system. This is the second time I've written something for my review. My property was visited by a representative from the company. It was determined after 4 hours that I required a new antenna as well as a new piece of cable. It was necessary to reroute the unit and change the channels. I had four bars at the end of the day. After a rocky start, the company was able to get things back on track. I am now able to recommend them and their product to others.

From a single bar to all of them We went from having one bar inside the house to having all of them open — this thing works! There were two bars outside the house
5/5

Due to inclement weather, we haven't installed it on the roof yet, but even with the antenna pointing out the window, the amplifier allows us to use our cell phones anywhere in the house with no dropped calls. And once the antenna is mounted outside and the distance between the outdoor and indoor antennas is increased, the performance will improve even more. br>br>The instructions are well-written, thorough, and straightforward. We were able to get it up and running in about 30 minutes, but the permanent installation will take several hours more. br>br>The amplifier itself appears to be of high quality. The device is housed in a metal case with high-quality connectors. The cable that connects the amplifier, outdoor antenna, and indoor antenna is of excellent quality. It doesn't get any better, according to an AV contractor who was in the house installing surround sound wiring. br>br>While this is a pricey booster, there are many less expensive options available. I'm not sure how well the less expensive ones work, but this one was perfect for us. We are extremely happy with the results.
