Over the past two weeks, I have been using it daily and finding it to be a very sturdy but compact As far as the legs are concerned, they are covered with rubber instead of metal wire. When I bend them, it is so I can lower the height of the tripod or grip something like a pole or a Sturdy legs make a good impression. It is only a complaint that the base of the 3 legs is not wide enough and is made of Objects wider than 4 inches will have difficulty being wrapped because of this limitation. The legs are equipped with a 1/4" mount for accessories that can be mounted to the side of the base. If you are looking to add a microphone or light to your video rig, this is very helpful. Having a ball head mount is a big plus. The metal base and ball head of this tripod are very well built. Both my DSLR and cell phone camera can be attached to it A 1/4 inch mount is located on the top base mount while a fold-out smart phone holder is located on the bottom side. There is ample space for my 6" smartphone in the holder. For my Samsung Note S20 Ultra, I have the 9-inch version so it'll fit in together with my other Cameras and DSLRs equipped with a 1/4 inch mount should be able to use it. There is no tightening knob on the 1/4 inch mount, which presents a problem. If I twist the base mount against the DSLR, I can mar the base labeling of my camera or mount at an incorrect angle, so I may have to twist the base mount against my DSLR to tighten. Trying to remove the 1/4 mount from the ball mount was also difficult. A thread lock or glue must have been used on the 1/4 inch mount by Coman. I was unable to loosen it from the ball mount even after wrenching it with my hands. includes a Bluetooth remote trigger which can be controlled using your phone. If you wish to pair it with your smart device, hold the single button for 5 seconds. Basically, it triggers the smart phone to take a picture or start recording a video when the down volume key is pressed. This is a straightforward and effective system with only one drawback there is no easy way to replace the batteries in the remote. As far as I can see, no slots are visible. My battery will expire when my other battery expires, so I guess I will have to deal with it then. I think this tripod with its flexible legs is a good tripod overall. I use it to record video with my phone and I have been extremely happy with it. This tripod comes with a bubble that helps you level the camera the legs of the tripod are flexible so you can adjust them as needed and the head rotates so that you can watch landscapes or portraits at the same time. I have knocked it over on a couple of occasions, and neither of my kids have ended up with any damage, A small oddity in the tripod is that the knob sometimes bumps into the tripod head when it is tightened. There is probably only one criticism I have for this tripod, but it is not a deal breaker. The price was surprisingly good for what you got!.

It is so cleverly designed that it is not obvious where the phone holder is located. However doing that you realize it's an excellent tool once you get the hang of it.

I purchased this for replacement of a different brand previously purchased. I managed to damage that model the moment I tried to secure it. There is a great deal of storage space in this unit. A metal swivel part holds the phone very securely and appears to be made of aluminum. Thank you for your purchase. I am very pleased with it.

I got it as part of a lighting deal for Prime Day. Compact and durable, it's ideal for travel. This tripod adapter will not only carry a tripod for a camera, but also a cell phone holder built right into the device. I like that. I can use my cell phone with it. As well as the remote shutter, my phone (Android) works well with it.

Despite being over 100 years old, this still holds up very I definitely would recommend this product to others. My only complaint is the smell of the foam on the legs. With time, I expect this to dissipate.

Even though it smells terrible, I love this tripod and will keep it if it weren't for the odor! As soon as a manufacturer tells me one or perhaps even two of the products do not smell bad I will Unfortunately, I am required to return this item. In an effort to get air out of it, I tried to open it up. The sun will do the rest. There is nothing that can help. What a strange thing to happen. There could be a problem with This tripod would be a 5 star if it didn't smell, and I would give it an overall rating of 4 out of 5 stars!.
