In a nutshell Here's my review of the Premium Bluetooth Selfie Remote Control Camera Shutter and Mini Tripod. I've had 3 or 4 other remote shutter releases for my iPhone, but this one is so far the best. It is a solid little device that I have found to be extremely useful. While the tripod, camera mount, and smartphone mount included with this kit are not the most reliable or durable, they are nevertheless useful. I have been able to use the remote shutter release on my iPhone XR device with iOS 12 in all camera modes. As for Android devices, it works with them as well, but I do not own an Android device, so I cannot confirm its compatibility with it. There is nothing particularly noteworthy about this tripod and phone holder. Instead, I'm passing on 5 stars largely due to the fact that it's quite cheesy, and already a small piece has fallen off. I would give it 5 stars if I were only reviewing the remote. I would rate the tripod and the phone holder a 3 out of 5.

When I bought the Zodiac Pro Selfie Kit, I had been using my smartphone for 14 days. Although the product appears to be well made, it is not of the highest quality. I was disappointed to find that the two smaller legs of the tripod had a plastic bumper, a small tab that broke off after a few times of setting it up. My favorite part of the mini tripod is its portability. The phone seems sturdy, but folds down to almost nothing when not in use. There were two uses of the remote when it worked, but it was nice when it worked. I thought the battery might be the problem, so I used the extra battery that came with the item. However, that did not help, so I thought the battery might have been old, so I bought a new one, and it did not work either.
Well, you get what you pay for, I suppose.
