The product is excellent and I like the fact that it is a selfie stick and a tripod in one compact package. Using Bluetooth to take pictures from a remote camera was a fantastic idea as well. A small problem I encountered was that the battery would not charge after the first time. The red light would go out and the green one never came on to indicate a full fill up. Email is the main way I get in touch with the company, and I work directly with them. Rather than just send me a replacement battery (see photo), they sent me a completely new unit within a few days. This product is a 5 star rating because they are definitely behind their product. I would definitely buy it again and I recommend it to anyone who needs to have an additional tripod for a selfie stick.

It was my first Atumtek selfie stick that I purchased in 2019 and I have used it so far when I went on vacation in Europe. I love it so much I bought another one. The Bluetooth in my car is not charging again when I use it at home. Red light comes on when I plug it in for a few minutes and then turns off. I contact the company, they responded very quickly, they sent me a new one, but it has the same problem once more. This is the e-mail I sent to you Although I sent them an email, I have yet to hear back from them. As much as I love this product because it is so simple to use, I hope they can help me with the Bluetooth issue. I received a new remote within a week, and I have been using it without a problem. They handle customers very well, and I'm very pleased with how they do it. The service provided by this firm is excellent.

My recent trip to China was a great opportunity to use this selfie stick. It is attached to my iPhone 11 and I have been shooting all day. Bluetooth remote has a very long battery life. I have been charging it every day and never ran out of power. The iPhone 11 was held very securely, and I never had to worry about it slipping. It was easy to use the tripod feature. In short, I don't need a DSLR camera anymore because the Atumtek Bluetooth Stick and my iPhone have replaced my Canon 70D for the most part. Easily works on a movie as well as a still and a panoramic photo.
