The company does not mention the charging port is not in the package. In terms of design, it has a lovely aesthetic and is quite slick. You will need to buy an 18 watt type C charging port separately.

This is not a charging cord. I'm not even certain what function the cord with the monitor is supposed to serve. Micro usb ports have a USB port and a micro USB port on opposite sides.

I have been using Anker products for quite some time now and this is the first one that I have felt disappointed in. Reviews of the iWatch have pointed out that the color is supposed to match the green of the iPhone 11 Pro, but it does not Despite Anker's interest in this fact, I don't believe it should be close, although I feel that it should be given how much of a deal they made about it. The part about which I am most disappointed This battery is extremely convenient in terms of its size and shape, but since it has a 10,000 mAh capacity, it doesn't seem to offer as many charges. It seems that the battery with only 9,000 Mahers offers more charge than the one with nine thousand Mahers. I have not only had problems charging this battery back up, but also troubles connecting it to the computer. It is common for hotels to have intermittent power, especially when the outlets that are easy to reach are old lamps with loose connections. I have noticed that other items are able to charge in these outlets, but this battery will light up at first and then go out, not charging. Even after a few plugs and unplugs, it finally gets started, but it is a battery that I am not confident.

I purchased my first Anker product five years ago, a 20,000 mA battery pack that had two USB connections and a micro USB charging port. The battery life lasted about an hour, so I gave it to my mom who wanted to use one for a bit before purchasing one. This 10,000 mAh battery is right for me as I have only ever been able to use half of my 20,000 mAh battery at a time. I am an avid hiker, and I also use this at work. My problem was as soon as I began using the device. Anker contacted me and offered me a replacement as well as a free PowerPort Speed. My attention to customer service was not expected, but I consider this a great service. There is nothing I like about it. A model I had that stopped working worked well before it stopped working. I think it needs an extra plug for charging, and I think the charging speed is extremely slow on my laptop. I will be back.

There's a big difference between the color of the 11Pro and the colour of the 11Pro. The color is actually just a bit weird, and there seems to be a strongly plastic feel to it. If I had it to choose, I would have gone with black. It looks fast from my limited use. I have not used much. believe Anker has the qualities I need. I would like to see a better design from Anker.
