Hello, my granddaughter is having the same issue. You'll need a jeweler's screwdriver, then gently pry off the inner listening area all the way around (it's on little plastic posts), then replace the pads on the removed disc and gently press them back into place on the posts.
Only one device can be connected to the Bluetooth headphones at a time.br>br>Best Regards,br>KidDesigns Supportbr>1- 800- 777- 5206
After 15 minutes of no audio, the headphones will automatically disconnect. If audio is playing, the headphones will not disconnect; if they do, charge them for 2 hours and you should be fine. It comes highly recommended! These are of incredible quality. The battery is capable of lasting all day. It doesn't have a cheap feel or appearance to it. The sound quality is nearly identical to that of my Bose and Beats headphones, so these are excellent value for money. It is not easily broken, and I have children who enjoy destroying things.
Bad buy! Made for a very low price. Purchased for a road trip, but the white ear nuff part kept falling off. So now I'm going back to buy a plain pair of pink Bluetooth headphones that are of higher quality, and I'm going to add my own Minnie Mouse stickers for my daughter.
They go about their business as usual. Buttons are easily accessible to children and can be operated by them. My two-and-a-half-year-old son can connect it on his own. They aren't really adjustable unless you want to go up a size or two. For headphones aimed at children, the ear area appears to be quite large. They do, however, stay on the head, making them a keeper in our home. If your child has trouble wearing hats, this may not be the headset for them.
My granddaughter received this as a Christmas present. She's five years old and a big fan of Minnie Mouse. Because she has two older brothers, I figured she'd appreciate the headphones to drown out the noise they make – LOL. I chose these headphones for two reasons: (1) Minnie Mouse, of course; and (2) the fact that they are comfortable. She doesn't want to take them off even when they aren't plugged into anything because (1) they have a max volume control so she can't turn the volume up too loud and hurt her ear drums, and (2) they have a max volume control so she can't turn it up too loud and hurt her ear drums.
They were a Christmas present for my almost 3-year-old daughter, and she adores them. They are comfortable to wear and have a long battery life. They've died a few times, but I'm always forgetting to re-charge them. Bluetooth pairing is a breeze. I was thinking about getting some after listening to some of my music through them the other day! The sound quality is excellent, and it effectively blocks out much of the ambient noise.
These earphones were fantastic. They were simple to connect to the iPad via Bluetooth, and controlling the volume from the iPad was never an issue. My three-year-old loves the fun toy story designs. My only criticism is that they are delicate; about a month after using them, I dropped them on the floor and the headband broke. I tapped them back together, and they're still working two weeks later, but I'm concerned that it'll only be a matter of time before they die. For the money, I guess I can't complain too much.
These are a hit with my kids. It's not as user-friendly as I'd like, and she's had trouble getting them to work. The battery life on these could definitely be improved. It takes a long time to charge and a short time to deplete the battery. br>br>They are "fine" in general. Given that I am keeping them, I will state that I am not someone who would recommend these to others for their children. On the other hand, you get what you pay for.
Very nice headphones for kids that are simple to set up on a tablet. However, if you have two tablets at home and need to turn on Bluetooth at the same time, it will not turn on because the Bluetooth and two tablets are both active. You'll need to turn off Bluetooth on one tablet for it to work, but the battery life on the headphones is fantastic.
