If I only had $15 to spend, I'd pick this Baby Yoda Pop Socket over food, water, and other necessities. The Baby Yoda Pop Socket is something I'd definitely buy.

This is a genuine popsocket that was in excellent condition when I received it. The image of "baby Yoda" or the Mandalorian child is clear and, of course, adorable. It adheres well so far and works well with the Otterbox symmetry case, indicating that the adhesive is excellent. When placed on a flat surface to watch TV or whatever, it stands well on its side. It's also easy to hold between your fingers and prevents your phone from falling out. Good for older adults of all ages, as well as younger kids who have phones.

rip-offs or shoddy quality control Many of them are obviously knockoffs. offshoots, or made in a different factory, etc. The adhesive is of poor quality, and the units do not separate properly. Out of all the ones I've ordered, I've only found one good one, which is pathetic. The one good one came in much nicer packaging than the ones on the card, in the form of a silver shiny outside package completely covered and encased. Something is very wrong with these. If this is the new level of quality that PopSockets will deliver, it's not worth paying a third of what these cost.

It doesn't come off, and it's misleading advertising; I can't emphasize enough that this is a pop socket, and it's not interchangeable! In addition to the fact that this was my favorite baby Yoda pose, it was scratched, and the first one had adhesive all over the sides. I don't think this is a genuine pop socket, and if it is, it needs to be completely redone to match the rest of the brand, which I adore. I expected better from this company, and I'm disappointed that I won't be able to choose from a variety of styles due to shoddy craftsmanship and false advertising.

I had to order at least one of The Child after receiving an email from PopSockets about Mandalorian grips. Then there was the bad news: PopSockets takes forever to ship/deliver, and none of the local stores seem to have them, so I had to look on Amazon, where they saved the day by offering next-day delivery if I was willing to go to an Amazon Locker (first world problems). So I drove to a nearby locker, trusting that The Child would keep me safe, along with a mask and hand sanitizer. Replacing an existing PopSocket on my PopWallet was a lot easier than I anticipated (this was my first time swapping a PopSocket), and I think it turned out great. For a couple of reasons, I had to deduct a star: 1)The image quality isn't great, and it's a little grainy; 2)It's very shiny, and I can already tell that it'll scratch easily and that the scratches will be noticeable, despite the fact that it's not visible from afar. So, unless you absolutely love this PopSocket and must have it (which, to be honest, I did because it was one of the few I could get the next day), don't buy it. I wouldn't pay full retail price, but I'm hoping PopSockets will improve the quality in the future.

It looks and functions well; however, the image displayed's long-term viability is in doubt. Because there doesn't appear to be any kind of glaze or protective coating over the image, even light scrapes across a surface cause the image to cut off or peel. Clear nail polish should help, but I'd prefer to buy something ready-made rather than having to supply additional items to make it what it should be. Overall, it's a good product, but the image display is a bit shoddy. I gave it two stars instead of one because the customizable designs are a big reason why people buy these.

First and foremost, this thing's adhesion is incredible, and I accidentally broke my case trying to remove the base to use it on another phone. But it didn't break the Pop Socket, so that's something. I'm not sure how I managed without a pop socket because my phone is quite large, and taking photos or video chatting without one was nearly impossible. I like that I don't have to worry about it popping off and my phone falling off the side of a boat or something like that due to a lack of adhesion. The glossy finish has mostly worn off, but there is still a glossy ring in the middle, so I only deducted one star.
