Do you have a cranberry pop socket?
I put mine in a Tech 21 case, and I also have one in an otterbox case, so I think it'll be fine; the only case it won't work in is a lifeproof case because it doesn't stock to them well.
It's made of plastic with a protective coating. it doesn't scuff or peel There's no reason to hide it. Mine is one of my favorites.

Popsockets are overpriced and prohibitively expensive. I mean, $15 for a plastic circle that sticks to your fingers? Why isn't it like $7? Well. Now I understand why. br>br>In an attempt to save money, I purchased some knockoff "popsockets" for $6 that served the same purpose. I'm not sure how or why other companies can't match Popsockets' quality, but the knockoffs I bought only lasted two days before completely falling apart, and they weren't even strong enough to hold my phone in landscape mode. SO. br>br> That is the bottom line. Popsockets are the best brand to buy for this type of product because they are so simple but so effective. It serves as a handle and a stand, and it's quite fashionable (thanks to the replaceable tops!). ), and they simply outperform their competitors in terms of quality. I still think they're overpriced for what they are, but when you're that much better than the competition, you can charge whatever you want. I believe that the price limit for these items should be set at $10. In any case, These items appear to be of higher quality in terms of strength, durability, and stickiness, and they are extremely useful. I would highly recommend it, but I would do so with a scowl on my face because of the price, hahaha.
Mine works great, though it isn't as pretty as the advertised pictures. I put mine in a silicone case with ridges, which isn't recommended, and it stays in place without issue. I clean the surface with rubbing alcohol, let it dry, then stick it on and hold it tightly for a minute or two to push out air bubbles, then leave it to cure on the surface. When I return, I press it again and inspect that it is well set; I usually don't use mine the first day. If you are patient, the adhesive will stay put; however, if you try to use it right away, it may fail. It will form a large air bubble in the center, which must be pressed out.
I suppose I should have paid closer attention to the description. If you're used to a regular popsocket, don't try to twist this one when you turn your phone sideways because it will pop off completely. The event will continue, but the popsocket will be removed. I'm glad I have an OtterBox on my phone because I've already dropped it four times while holding a popsocket, which, in my opinion, defeats the purpose. I'm going to order a regular popsocket and tossing this in the trash!.
The money spent was not well spent. Every time I hold my phone, I have to keep pressing the pop socket into the phone case to get it to stick back to the phone case, which irritates me greatly. But after a few minutes, it starts to come off again. Adhesion problems.
To begin with, Popsockets are attractive and well-made. The only reason I docked stars is that the popsocket in the Amazon image appears to be metallic/gold in person, but it's actually a matte yellow. It's still lovely, but keep in mind that it won't be shiny at all; instead, it'll be completely matte. As I previously stated, it's still lovely and has the same look and colors as the original— just don't expect it to be shiny or metallic!.
I initially mistook it for a fashion statement, but it significantly improves the functionality of the phone. It's more comfortable to hold while exercising, photographing, or simply walking around. It's great for watching videos or movies on your phone because it acts as a stand, and you can also use a car vent attachment to mount your phone for easy navigation while driving. I don't think I'll be able to live without one any longer.
It's both adorable and durable. It goes well with my teal phone case. I watched a video about where to put it based on how you'll be using it the most. It's been secure since I stuck it on and pressed it down. It's something I use on a regular basis. I honestly have no idea how I managed to get by with my iPhone XS Max before this. And I was concerned that my phone would be too heavy to stay in place, but it didn't! I strongly advise you to do so.
I'm not sure how I ever managed to hold my phone without one after I started using a popsocket. I'm finding that I'm dropping my phone a lot less these days. As long as the PopSocket is placed on a smooth phone case, the adhesive will last indefinitely. Although I've never had one fall off, the packaging does state that it won't stick to a texturized case properly. Make sure your case is clean before applying it; I used a q-tip to do so. I soaked the tip in rubbing alcohol and let it dry before applying the glue. This design is fantastic, and unlike the aluminum-topped versions, it does not show wear as quickly.
