In my capacity as a customer, I would like to say If I were you, I would contact Vendor or Amazon about this problem As far as Amazon is concerned, they will call the vendor (but will have a better chance at connecting). If you can contact Vendor directly, I am sure they will do their best to ensure that you are happy with the service.
The company says there is a warranty, but I haven't heard anything back regarding my warranty requests. The best charger is to find one that works with another device.
The tape measure in my hand isn't long enough to measure it, so I will tell you that it is 3 feet long.
It's possible as long as you use the USB C connector.

I wanted this to be a charging station for iPads, iPhones, Macbooks, and other micro USB devices on my kitchen counter. There is one USB port in my house A c cable for the laptop, 2 lightning cables (1 usb-c There are 1 USB port and 1 USB type C While power per port will go down when more than one device is charging at the same time, I would like usb-a to be included In the case of a laptop being the only device attached, a USB c port will output 100W. There is one major (first world) problem with this even with the other cables plugged in, with none of the devices hooked up, the usb- cable corrodes and we have no power. A c port with only 45W of power The power is half of what it is advertised to be! In a more intelligent implementation, the power could only be divided when devices are physically.
It works fine, and it is a great charger. I purchased it four months ago and found it to be powerful, easy to use and without issues, except for the item "chirping" while charging, and it won't charge from any port. I have tried getting in touch with customer service about the warranty for the item, and I haven't received a response. There have been multiple reports of this issue, and I don't see any evidence that anyone has been able to contact the company, to the point that one of the questions for the charger is how to contact the company. Buy it and enjoy it while it lasts if you are willing to pay $12/mo for charging.
The UtechSmart 100 watt USB power supply will allow me to charge the wide variety of smartphones, tablets, and Chromebooks in my home quickly and in one area. As you can see, I have not been disappointed here. The device has two USB ports and can power up four devices at once There are two USB-A connections and two sockets A socket with a C-shaped plug. You can also use this to charge laptops that can be charged with USB cables You will need a C-type power supply. Overall, the overall build of the power supply has a hefty metallic feel and is proportionately sized for the amount of cooling required to keep four devices charged at 100 watts, which is quite a strong current when it comes to microelectronics. It has been my experience that chargers that draw more than 25 watts can become extremely hot when several devices are connected, because the internal capacitors do not receive passive cooling. This Utechsmart charger features heatsinks to help keep the device cool. High-quality electronics have heatsinks positioned at the appropriate places to keep these devices cool. The size of the charger is large compared to many lower power chargers, but it is proportional to the amount of power The exterior of the house is still smaller than the interior Using a line transformer on a laptop disperses heat much better than a normal one. I noticed that it didn't get too warm my touch even with four devices running at near full speed. The UsmartTech desktop charger seems to deliver QuickCharge2 and QC3 speeds for mobile devices that support that technology. I tested it with The charger also charged each device faster than it would have with the one it came with and without getting too hot in the process. There's something about my old Samsung Galaxy S6 that doesn't appear to want to charge, but it may be an issue with the phone's circuitry that prevents As a matter of fact, this is not a flashy device. It simply does what it says it will Those power supplies can draw enough power to charge four smart devices safely and quickly, and most often faster than the devices themselves.
I have updated The website is still offline 7 months after it was created. I mean that in a good The charger was plugged into a shady outlet, and after a few minutes my laptop popped up a USB surge warning over and over again. At the same time, this charger's light went out and there was faint beeping. There may have been a surge in the outlet and my laptop could have been damaged. I was able to protect my $3K laptop with the charger! As soon as I received the first one I ordered a second one for next day delivery. It was a scary moment, but if I could give it an additional star, I would! The other charger I bought was a universal USB power converter - this was the second charger I bought - The first charger I bought from a different company was a 65W charger with high reviews, but on my Nintendo Switch it "pulsed" charged which eventually drained the battery. So I upgraded to this one which was slightly more expensive, but it was worth the extra money immediately. I only have to carry this charger (instead of carrying a laptop charger, Nintendo Switch charger, phone charger, tablet charger, etc), so this sure makes life a whole lot easier for me! Please note you are going to need a 100W USB cable so you can charge at that speed! Be very careful when using an expensive electronic, and don't skimp on the power supply or cable, or you'll ruin the battery, if not the whole thing. The USB charger in reality is much smaller than the photographs seem to indicate, but it's heavier than I anticipated. Although it is a bit heavier than my Lenovo X1 Carbon Thinkpad charger, it offers an obvious benefit of reducing clutter and weight since I don't have to keep all my other chargers with it. As well as running cool, the 100W charger is preferred by me. This is a highly recommended read.
