First and foremost, this case provides the most effective lens protection for the iPhone 12 Pro Max! It's an excellent case just for that. It has a firm and rigid feel to it. At least three times now, I've dropped my phone on a hard surface. Everything went off without a hitch. It's a good deal for the money, and the case is attractive. So, why do I have such a low rating? This is the second time I've purchased this phone case (the first was broken). After only a few months, the first one's kickstand had become loose and swiveled freely. The swivel can't be tightened, so once it's loose, it'll stay that way. Always on the losing end. It was infuriating, and the function became useless as a result. A common screw holds the kickstand to the case in pictures of this case on Amazon. This led me to believe that they had addressed the flaw by adding a way to adjust (and tighten) the kickstand; however, what you see in the picture is not necessarily what you get. The case I just got is identical to the first, so only time will tell if I have the same issue. I'm hoping not, because if it does, I'm not going to buy another. As a result, a word of caution; If you're only interested in the lens and phone protection, this is an excellent purchase. If you want to be able to use your phone as a kickstand. Then it's possible that it won't be as bad! Best of luck!.

Until it's no longer the case. It appeals to me because it appears to be long-lasting. On the back, there's a camera guard that I really like. I adore everything about it, except for the fact that it's been almost three months since I've had it. The ring isn't as tight as it used to be. It's now sloppy and loose. Worst of all, you can't replace it because there's no flat surface on which to place a replacement ring. In addition, I have been unable to locate a manufacturer from whom I could obtain a replacement case. So I'm stuck with it until I find a new case and a matching ring. If you don't care about the ring holder and just want to protect your phone, this is the case. Take a chance. In any case. . . move on. Look for another option. br>br>UPDATEbr>I discovered a card that came with it asking me to leave a review if I liked the product, as well as an email address to contact if I have any issues. Underneath the email address, it says they'll respond in 12 hours, which would be Sunday evening. I sent an email shortly after 6 p. m. , explaining my situation. I've included a video that demonstrates how the ring has loosen up. A screenshot of my order summary was also included. Now it's the morning of a Friday. It's nearly 1 a. m. I'm still waiting for a response. This is unfortunate because, with the exception of this one minor issue and, of course, the silence of the company's customer service, this case is one of the best I've ever used on an iPhone; I had previously given it three stars. For their poor customer service, I'll take one more.

The side buttons were too stiff to change the volume or turn off the phone. To get to the side buttons, I had to cut the tabs out. Case is tough, but the buttons are difficult to use.

This is the second iPhone 12 Pro max case I've purchased. The first case I had was a clear one that costs around $30 and can be found in most cellphone stores. It worked fine until it fell to the floor from a height of approximately 3 feet. It broke in so many different places that I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Then I tossed that case in the trash and went out and bought this one. I wish I'd bought this sooner because it's extremely durable and comes with a camera cover, which is essential given how protrusive it is. I really like this case and all of its features; I would definitely recommend it and purchase it again.

The ring on the backside saves my hand from cramping up from holding for long periods of time, and the protective sliding door, which snaps shut so beautifully to protect the camera lenses, is the ultimate buy factor. This case works perfectly with my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

UPDATE: The company wrote to me, claiming that I had received two cases, one of which was defective, and offering me $3 as compensation for the one that didn't work? Nothing was said about the broken kickstand; I wish there was a way to repair it so it could hold the phone. * I like the case, and the lens cover is a great feature, but the kickstand flops around on the case. It won't stay in any position, and it only lasted a few months. I'm giving it four stars because, aside from the kickstand, it's a great case; if it had lasted longer, it would have received five or more stars.

My initial impressions are that I am pleased with the price and that the product is simple to install. The quality of the metal ring on the back is excellent. It adheres to the surface very well. The only drawback is that it isn't compatible with my wireless charger. br>br>If I had to pick a flaw, it would be: There isn't much grip on the camera protector. It does, however, remain in place. It glides smoothly. There is no grip on any of the black bits on the back. Overall, it's a slick situation. I would spend more money on a different product if these things are extremely important to you.
