A ten-dollar bill was also in my possession. The Cable Creations Active Extension and the foot Anker cable are a great match. Why does my title have an asterisk? Because it didn't work at all at first. As a few other reviewers have noted, adding it to my Frankensteinian cable conglomeration didn't play well with the rest of it, and the cable would work for a short time before randomly disconnecting. Then it started working again today! br>br> I'm not sure what changed (perhaps switching to a different USB port), but it's no longer disconnecting, and I was able to play Blade and Sorcery and HypatiaVR for over twenty minutes without issue, whereas before it would disconnect every few minutes and return me to the Quest Home screen. I'm relieved that the problem appears to have been resolved (knock on wood). The most suitable- The angle adapter does not appear to add any additional latency that I can detect, which is nice. br>br>I was initially disappointed with this purchase because it did not work properly, but now that I have finally fixed it, I have no more complaints. I'll keep you updated if the problem reappears.

Expansion of the C hard drive Title: A variety of USB-related products have been reviewed. br>br>Summary: C hard drive expansionbr>br> I bought two different hard disk drive (HDD) enclosures to use with two different hard disk drives (HDDs). 5. 25-inch solid-state drives (SSDs), and 3. 25-inch solid-state drives (SSDs). I needed 5" HDDs so that I could switch between them. The primary purpose was for data transfer between computers, with backup as a secondary function. Details: br>br> The Dell XPS 8920 serves as the primary desktop computer. A 250GB SSD serves as the system drive. Data is stored on two additional HDDs: 1. 6TB and 0TB 0TB. USB ports on the outside include: USB- C 3. 1 USB port (rear) A 3. 1 USB port (rear) A 3. 0 (at the front). The USB-C port offers the fastest transfer speeds. C 3. There is only one connection, and it is a USB-based connection. A 3. Front-facing 0 ports aren't far behind. The SSD can be accessed via USB. The internal SATA bus made C faster than the HDD (as expected). br>br>Method of Testing: ATTO Disk Benchmark (freeware) is the program I use to test my disks. I tried a few different ones before settling on this one because the result picture was simple to compare to other results. On the SSD, I made a 50GB partition and used it for all of my tests and configurations. When analyzing the results, I focused on the transfer speeds for files that were 1 MB or larger. Observations: br>br> 1) The transfer speeds of the various adapters differed slightly. Both the Orico and the Nekteck were the fastest, with write speeds of 505 MB/s and read speeds of 540 MB/s. With 420 MB/s Write and 440 MB/s Read, the VCZHS Tech Sata to USB adapter came in third place. br>2) When switching from USB-C to USB-A, there are a few things to keep in mind. C to USB- A 3. 0 is the USB-C connector's orientation. It was occasionally necessary to use a C connector. You will lose 90% of the speed due to the difference. Once I'd figured out how to position the USB-C cable, I could move on to the next step. I tested a connector before marking the faster orientation (with a permanent sharpie). br>3) Heat soak from the plastic enclosures could be an issue, even in a well-ventilated office; one of the reasons I bought the ICY DOCK adapter was to use the 2. It has a 5" SSD or HDD in it, which acts as a heat sink. Because the vent holes on both the Nekteck and Orico CLEAR PLASTIC carriers were very small (or none at all), air flow will be limited. I removed the top cover from the Nekteck to allow some heat to escape. br>4) Apart from the XAOSUN USB-C, there are no other USB-C devices. 0 people are agreeable. Both parts were tested and found to be either defective or incompatible with the Google Pixel 3 XL when they arrived. Both parts fail in the same way. The following assets were used:
- Double Braided Nylon USB Type-C Cable from AmazonBasics Type C to Type- A 3. 1 x Gen 1 Charger Cable | Red | 10 ft.
- a computer with a USB port- A 3. Using Windows 10 on a 0 Gen 1
- Android 11 on the Google Pixel 3 XL (not the 3a XL).
- Parts that are relevant to this review. There are no issues when connecting, tethering, or charging via PC with the phone and AmazonBasics cable; the data bandwidth described in USB 3. 0 is not exceeded. A total of 0 standards (5Gbit/s) are delivered. When both of these parts are used in the same setup, however, there is no way to connect, tether, or charge via PC. The connection is also reset every one to two seconds, as if the parts were shorted out. Both parts not only do not comply with USB 3. 0. Backwards compatibility with USB 2 is also a problem for USB 0 standards. There are no requirements. br>br>To be fair, the components were not put through their paces in a strict outlet-to-phone charging scenario. As a result, I'm unable to say whether this works or not. However, no indication was given that these parts could only be used in this scenario, implying that the product may be misleading if not defective. Furthermore, the product fails to comply with all USB-related standards. Usb has a list of IF standards. Finally, both parts exhibit the same behavior, implying that the design, rather than the parts themselves, may be defective, and that purchasing this product should be approached with extreme caution.

I used this for my Nintendo Switch dock with a ugreen usb c extension cable and suddenly in error message appeared and my switch turned off and I have been trying to figure out what happened was it this or the ugreen extension cable luckily I was able to return the product so be careful as it may or may not follow usb specificationsbr>I would give it a 0 star as the trouble I am in is not worth the price amazon should crackdown on those who don't follow usb c specifications.

Because of the limited space in my setup, a 90° connector behind the RAID box is advantageous. I knew USB-C was a thing, because I read it somewhere. Because Thunderbolt 3 and c use the same cables and connectors, I figured this might be exactly what I needed. Surprisingly, testing has revealed that the vertical adaptor (on the left in the top picture) does not pass the TB3 signal (drive not recognized), but the horizontal adaptor does. So there you have it. It would have been better for me if it had been the other way around, but the horizontal one does help a little. br>Beware of the caveat emptor!.
