My name is Benson, and I'm back with another review of USB Type-A All legacy cables, adapters, and accessories that are compatible with C. In this review, I will be reviewing the Anker USB-C cable The "C to Micro USB Adapter" from Anker is a good option. Two of these are included in this convenient package Pack of gum. Here are the specs we need to check As you can see, I'm using my trusty Chromebook Pixel 2015 with the Chromium Twinkie USB-stick You can purchase PD Sniffer on Amazon from Plugable In a nutshell,.
The photo can be seen here. There appears to be a problem with the connector, as it overheated and melted, which caused a hole to burn through my bag. Since there is melted cotton on the connector, it probably happened just recently. The product fails to satisfy me in any way The search for a new home will be Edit
My faith in Anker has been re-established by their products as of 07/29/16. This company has not only thoroughly investigated what happened, but taken every measure to right the wrongs. Immediately, they replaced both the adapter and the USB cable, and when they noticed that I was using an Anker battery pack as well, they replaced that too for safety's sake. In this situation, I am pleased with the way they handled it Having this commitment shows that they really do stand by their products and are willing to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, as well as use their best effort to offer solutions to any problems they may encounter Because of this, I have raised my rating from 1 star to 4 stars (I would give them 10 stars for outstanding customer service).
Since upgrading to the HTC 10, I have been looking for an adapter that would allow me to make use of all my old MicroUSB cables and devices, but all the other adapters I've tried have had issues. All of them use stamped and folded sheet metal for the USB connection. Since the majority of smartphones these days are made with a C end, they have sharp edges that could scratch yours. There are also many of them that have square, rather than trapezoidal, openings at the microUSB end, which makes them harder to plug in. But the Anker ones are great!
The USB-C connector is the perfect position! In the C end, the deep-cutting process is used Extrusion gives no seams to fail, because it does not involve seams. Aside from being stronger, it also means that the edges of the device are rounded, so there is no chance of scratching There were no wiggles or sligh twitches whatsoever when the USB C end was inserted. This microUSB connector is pretty much the same as a normal microUSB connector. Devices are easy to plug in and remove, and it does not appear to roll around so It has a smaller case than some other adapters I've used in the past. All in all, the adapter has a weight of 0. 0. My older adapters were thinner at 18" thick, while some of my newer ones are thicker at 0". A thickness of 22" or more is required. There is zero in that. Having it a fraction of an inch smaller does make a difference when trying to plug it into my phone when I have many phone cases on. My adapter is small enough and sturdy enough to slip into the coin pocket of my jeans and forget about it until I want to use Anyone upgrading from a microUSB device to a USB-connected device should definitely check out this cable You get what you pay for with a USB Type C device. It costs more than some other adapters, but it is well worth it.
With the purchase of my new Pixel 2 XL, this was the perfect accessory. By the end of the second week, the USB-in other words, the phone was mine There was a problem with the C connector on it. There is carbonization on both the phone and the adapter, and I burned my thumb when I removed the adapter from the phone. This might have been caused by an adapter malfunction or a foreign object, which could have generated a short. I think there is a 40/40/20 chance of it being a fault with the phone. I would rate this as 1 star if it was the adapter, but as I don't know for certain, that's not what I'll do. only Anker chargers and cables, so I had no doubts when I purchased these adapters to enable me to charge my iPhone and iPad I will admit that these are a little easier to afford, but I will also note that they come with an annoying side effect. haven't been able to identify what the problem is Anker remains the same very high standard as before, but these products feel inferior to its usual very high quality. *Edit
About 90% of the time, I think it has to do with these adapters that caused the phone's connector to burn up. Although provided cables/chargers do not get hot (although they do not charge the phone any more), they do not get warm. On my replacement phone, I will not use these adapters.
