Small and simple to attach to the car's sun visor. I had no trouble connecting to my phone. And it connected to the phone automatically every time it was turned on and off. When the windows are closed, the sound quality is fairly good and loud enough. While paired, it allows you to answer and end calls. One thing I've noticed is that when we get a call, it reads out the number rather than the name in our contacts. The charging cable was able to reach the speaker from the dash, and since it was a micro USB cable, the same one that was used for the phone worked. This is useful because my car's audio system lacks AUX and Bluetooth capabilities.
This was purchased to aid in driving while conversing. I already have a Bluetooth FM transmitter, but it's hidden, so I can't use the built-in microphone. br>br>Using the included cable and charger to charge the device is simple. If you leave it on, it will turn off automatically until the sensor activates it again. When the car is turned off, this conserves the battery's life. It's a nice touch to include this. br>br>Because the clip is so strong, it will not move or make any noises to the microphone while you're driving. When the speaker is turned on, it produces a lot of noise. Until I changed the gain on my phone, the microphone was a little too soft. Then it was perfect. br>br>It was definitely worth the money!.
Outgoing calls will be of higher quality as a result of this. I was concerned that the volume would be too low, but it appears to be adequate, and I have poor hearing. Take a chance and try it out. So far, I haven't needed to recharge.
I purchased this based on Amazon reviews so that my wife could make calls while driving. I should've done a little more digging. I received a different item from the seller, which looked similar but had a different model number and didn't have the motion sensing feature that would turn it on/off when you enter/exit the vehicle. This was my primary motivation for purchasing the property in the first place. br>br>In her car, my wife gave it a shot. The speaker's sound is adequate for voice, and the music sounds like it's coming from an old transistor radio tuned to your favorite AM station. The sound quality on the receiving end is poor, bordering on incomprehensible. It sounded like a wind tunnel even when the car was stationary and the windows were rolled up. I had no idea what she was saying because I couldn't understand a word of it. br>br>I am returning the product due to the incorrect description and HORRIBLE quality, and I recommend that you look for another option.
It's time to rename it. This is a circular piece of black and white plastic. It's not blue, and it's not in the shape of a tooth.
People calling me while I'm driving irritates me. Of course, how are they supposed to know I'm the one behind the wheel? But I hadn't been answering phone calls while driving because it required looking DOWN to see where the phone was and taking my eyes off the road. I can reach up and press the answer button without taking my eyes off the road thanks to this speaker, which is clipped to the visor of my car. I'm still available to speak with whomever may call - as if it were one of my own children - or a bride-to-be - and not having to be concerned about missing an important phone call It's been extremely useful, and I have to say that the combination of the speaker being directly above my head and the speaker's quality makes for an excellent listening experience. It's not difficult to understand anyone, and no one has ever expressed dissatisfaction with my voice (though I do usually turn down the radio because I don't think they'd appreciate my singing!). This is an excellent addition to my arsenal of communication tools, and I'm glad I purchased it.
The state of Tennessee recently passed a "Hands-On" bill. It is against the law to be "free" while driving. I was concerned that my husband would be unable to stop talking on the phone while driving. I tried one and liked it so much that I went back and bought two more! I don't want to be caught off guard in the future. There isn't any kind of learning curve here. Before using it for the first time, charge it for at least 3 hours (we did ours overnight). My and my husband's Bluetooth phones were quickly found by the speaker, and we were able to pair them. My husband has an old flip phone with no Bluetooth; We weren't sure it had that capability in the first place. It easily connected to his flip phone in a matter of seconds. When we called, neither my husband nor I could hear any road noise, and to be honest, I can hear my husband better in the car than I could when he was on the phone. According to Tennessee law, all this speaker requires is a button to answer the call and a button to hang up, which is all we need to keep using our phones in the car. I usually never have to touch a button on my iPhone because I just ask Siri to make the call. It's completely free of hands.
At first, I was skeptical, but it truly works! It is a good deal.
