It is difficult to locate

It is very hard to find Bic Soleil refills such as these for such an affordable price. Shops don't carry the entire razor, however since most families are on a strict budget these days, replacing the cartridges instead of purchasing a whole razor makes more sense. As a result I found it to be a real steal at this.
