Bleaching was a disaster, and cream hair removal worked, but I had to do it all over again in a few days. So I looked into laser hair removal, but it was prohibitively expensive, so I looked into IPL hair removal. Wow! I noticed a significant difference within a day or two, where the hair had re-grown. Isn't it always the case that hair grows back after a shave? On day 10, I started to notice some stubble growing in, but it was very sparse and not all over the lip; some areas had no stubble at all. Amazing! I'm currently doing it three times a week for one minute each time on level one. The zap will take you back and make you jump at first, as it did me, but once you get used to it, you'll be fine. After I get rid of the hair on my upper lip, I'll move on to my chin. If you're on the fence, get off it. Just take it. This purchase has made me very happy.
