I have modified. My experience with Jolen is good and I've used the product for a long time, but I live in Massachusetts (USA) and received the As others have noted, the packaging is different than what is shown (a foreign version), and an included tube (which I did not order) had no seal, and the gel oozed out (as others have also noted). The reason I use this stuff for like 20 years is because I have a lot of body hair as I am Persian, I use it to make my arm hair blonde and less offensive. Walgreens and several other stores used to carry this but since then only carry the poor quality Sally Henson brand bleach.
