What's the best way to get the pump cap open? I'm rotating counterclockwise, but nothing appears. ?

I sometimes have to hold the bottom firmly in place before rotating the top. In addition, I keep one working pump on hand to use on a new bottle if the new top fails to rotate. Best wishes to you.

Shaving Cream That Isn't Toxic This is what I ordered because it is completely non-toxic and EWG certified

My husband and I are both working to reduce our reliance on toxic chemicals. I replaced my drugstore brand shaving cream with his more expensive balm. This stuff is great for both of us! He claims he gets a closer shave with no nicks or cuts, and it worked well on my legs without the irritation that usually comes with shaving. I like the pump bottle, and I like that the product is fragrance-free! I strongly advise you to give it a try; you will not be disappointed!.

It's the closest thing to a shave I've ever seen! I've tried a lot of different shaving creams. Especially those made with all-natural ingredients. There simply isn't a better shaving cream on the market! The razor glides smoothly and gives a very close shave, and the formula moisturizes my legs at the same time, so I don't have to apply lotion afterwards. You will not be dissatisfied with your purchase. To see how it compares, I tried the CREMO brand. While CREMO is effective, it falls short of Kiss My Face in terms of achieving a close shave.
