An advertisement that is false

I did not receive what is shown in the picture. A chart of the "8 essential" ingredients can be seen here. Only 3 were present on the front of the tube when it was delivered. Also, the contents listed on the tube differ from the contents shown on the tube. Paying for something does not guarantee that you will receive it.
