The water does not The hot towel warmer does not heat up very efficiently, you have to pack in as many towels you can for it to get warm I honestly do not know why the previous warmers I've owned heated up much more, by comparison this gets pretty lukewarm most of the

They would be a great to use for warming hand towels and washcloths during massages. At least four hand towels and four wash cloths can be stacked on top of each other. It is lightweight and small enough for transportation, if necessary. I haven't burned off the odor of a brand new appliance yet. I've only used it a few times. However, I think it will become more effective after a couple of uses.

After purchasing it at the end of September 2020, I didn't start using it until the end of October. It is now may, and the door handle has almost broken off (it needed duct tape to prevent it from breaking off completely, It is now unusable, as the towels only get lukewarm at best. Not happy that I spent so much money on it for such a short period of time.

The product has a cute design and is compact, but it does little to no heating

The studio has a small space so I bought this. This table fits the retro aesthetic of the studio perfectly, not too large, but not too small. Heating isn't possible because it doesn't have enough A towel sitting in there can feel like it just went through Luke warm water, which will take hours to evaporate. There is no sense in paying that much money and getting such a poor product. Get something that is more useful and not just a dust collector, because that is exactly what you are getting.

Is there a return policy where I have to cover the shipping costs of a return? It dries towels out way too fast. Why not send it back to China? There is no Alibaba here this is Amazon. A return postage charge equal to the cost of the product. This is a zero star rating.
