Are there any adjustments to the spray pattern?

Spray patterns are fixed, so this isn't an option. As the spray spreads quickly after leaving the shower heads, it is recommended that you purchase this shower head in conjunction with our shower arm extension (Reflections X), if you prefer a wider or narrower spray pattern.

This can be connected to a metal shower hose with silicon inner tubing, right?

A direct connection cannot be made to the hose with this. As well as the shower head, you will need the shower head handle. Currently, we can sell this option already set up, but it would need to be ordered separately.

I am very happy with my It has a fogless mirror built in with the shower head, which is one of the main reasons for buying it. It is also very handy to quickly turn off the shower while shaving with the shutoff valve.
