Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Massage Ice Roller

The roller head fell off and busted open after about 5 seconds of use. It appeared to be properly attached. I was disappointed because I had been looking forward to trying this. I attempted to contact product support for this item privately, but it stated that this item was not eligible for that service; I also attempted to leave seller feedback, but this item did not appear on my end for whatever reason. On the seller's page, there is no way to contact them directly. So here I am, attempting to obtain a replacement head by writing a review.

It helps me look younger and tighter by reducing puffiness. It's also great for relieving headaches. . . just a few passes with the roller and my pain is gone.

I've had a jade face roller for years, but it eventually warmed up (after being taken out of the freezer), so I wanted something that would stay colder for longer. This one is by far the prettiest ice roller available.

This is far superior to anything I could have imagined. This past weekend, I awoke hungover and puffy and remembered I'd put this in my cart a long time ago. I finally decided it was time to buy it, and I can't tell you how happy I am that I did! It feels wonderful on your face and neck, cold but not painful, and more attractive than the green and white ones (if that's important to you). Why not, at a cost of less than $10?.

It was a good purchase, and the product was excellent. You should keep in mind that it is intended for use on the head, neck, and other parts of the body; if you want to use it on the eyes, you should get a smaller one. I don't recommend putting your hands in the freezer for long periods of time.

It was a huge hit with me, and I used it on a daily basis. My freezer exploded today when I went to use it. I've been using since March 10th as a point of reference. Today, April 22nd, is the 22nd day of the month. If the company wants to send me a replacement, I'd be happy to update and reevaluate the product.
