It has been possible for me to apply flawless makeup using these sponges. I love how smooth it looks and how well it blends with my makeup. Liquid makeup can be applied to them with no problem. This is a great set for the price! I found these to be larger than I had expected, which was okay, but an adjustment nonetheless

If they are damp, they will puff up even more. There seems to be a higher resistance to washing them out than there actually is. There is a dark green one that I've had trouble getting makeup out of because it seems to have some stains. However, the vest has been thoroughly cleaned, so I am confident it is clean. In the future, I will probably look for a set that has some smaller sponges, but this set is certainly a great value for the money.

The size of the insects doubles when they are It does not say these nearly double in size and no longer fit in the holders that keep them clean

Although the listing claims these get larger when wet, it does not mention that when wet they nearly double in size. We have now come to the end of the drying process, but they remain large. The reason they won't stay clean is that they don't fit in the holders, so they're useless to me. It is a two star rating These are as soft as claimed, but do not have the density needed to keep the product from wasting.
