The reviews about how great this is led me to try it. AHH! I can't believe what I'm seeing! In using it, I washed it and let it completely dry in the open, and the following time as I washed and dried, specks began to appear on it. What specks I noticed were MOLD GROWING on it! I've done some research and everyone who has owned this item has experienced the same problem. Rather than recycle it, I merely threw it away. This is not something you should buy.

Knock off beauty blenders don't work as well because they are not made with the same material. Although I have no idea what "The Original Beauty Blender" is made of, it's a $20 investment anyone can use to make their makeup look incredible!.

I received a beautyblender sponge that is not the original. I could not tell how small it was, and the material felt horribly cheap. The beautyblend that I have used in the past has not been the one I have used this time around.

This is a great addition to my makeup kit because I can use it for many things Sponge that accomplishes multiple tasks. The first time I saw it, I fell in love. This foundation and concealer has a great application and is perfect for use as foundation and concealer. The product has a really airbrushed finish that doesn't crease and is really soft when bounced against The best results are obtained when the material is dampened, There are some problems with cleaning since the owl picks up quite a bit of product, but baby shampoo works like a charm and is definitely less expensive than the solid/liquid cleansing products offered by the company. The dye can come out while cleaning, however the color does not stick to anything (so you don't have to worry that the dye will stick to your skin or mix with your makeup if you clean it and then use it on your face). Make sure to reference beautyblender's email for tips on manes I got one from my partners, too), and I also I have decided not to update 12/9/2017 yet Having completed steps 3 through 6 I still use this beauty sponge as my staple every 6 months (for sanitary reasons I replace them every 6 months or so). There is still a great deal of quality in the industry. All I have to note after all this time is that it gets slightly stiffer with age (although it's still quite soft when damp) and is easier to rip if you're not gentle with the washing (my error, but wanted to mention it). In my opinion, at least for me, $20 will be worth it and it goes without saying that I swear by it still.
