There is no such thing as a brand new refrigerator. This set was purchased under the impression that it was brand new. It turned out that we ended up with a used set that was covered in hair. I hate it! All of the items were out of place in the bag, and even one blade didn't have a cover on it. It's not my habit to read reviews very carefully before making a purchase, but my husband purchased this this time and apparently didn't read reviews, because I just found out a lot of other people have complained about the same problem. In my opinion, this is totally I am disappointed to say the least.
When I bought them a few weeks ago, I was just going to cut my hair with them. There was hair stuck in the blades and I assumed this was going to be a brand new product. I would advise you not to buy them from here and rather go to the Whal company website to purchase them, because everyone else here has mentioned that they got used ones. that is all I can say about them, but other than that they will be wonderful clippers when they are zero gapped.
When I opened my new set, the heroes clippers were damaged. I was very disappointed. Originally, I am a bit disappointed since I believed they would be new and in perfect shape.
The clippers are really good. When I opened to cut my boys' hair, the scissors were broken. They looked like they had fallen. There was a defect in the blades and the side piece broke off. It was a real steal, but I'm really bummed out about it. When I called to have them replaced, the line was busy and they told me that they don't do that, even though they weren't on sale anymore. The clippers were basically a waste of money and I could just get my money back instead. The goods were returned almost two weeks ago, but I did not receive a All in all, I feel bummed.

In need of new clippers after dropping my last ones, I decided to buy these. I work in a hair salon and these trimmers made some of my clients necks irritated, so I tried it on my husband. He said they pull hair, so I no longer use them.
There was a used blade in the package. As soon as I took it out of the box, I noticed a lot of hair on it. The contents of the box were not even able to fit properly inside the box, so you could even tell it had been repacked. It looked like someone had stuffed everything back in quickly, since the outer edges of the box were bowed. It took me a good hour to disassemble all the components (blade, assembly, head), clean it up, and disinfect the whole thing. It would have been more beneficial if it were an inside job Although I would have returned the product if it were a store purchase, since it was a mail order, it was less time consuming to clean Those of you saying "GROSS, that's somebody else's hair!" please refrain from saying this. That's all well and good. It is true. You think your barber cleans the clippers every time he/she uses them, but are you really that silly? It is likely that the packaging was shoddy since two guides also came bent (probably due to the poorly crafted Although my teeth were bent back just enough to align my bite, I was not able to do so. The bent guides can be seen in the pictures. Now, these guides won't do any good because they will leave you with undercut/overcut streaks. I would rate this movie as VERY POOR overall. You can ensure you get a quality, unused product by using Wahl directly. There are better deals on Amazon if you order directly from Wahl. This is completely absurd.
The Walmart clippers that I'm used to are so much cheaper than these, which are by far so much better! First of all, I think my first cut out of the box was better than a normal cut. The clippers are to blame for this, I'm sure. The combs for both the legend and hero work really well, and they are pretty lightweight. A set like this is hard to go wrong! This device performed flawlessly when I cut my husband's and my two sons' hair right out of the box.
