The door does not squeak in any way. I like the feel of the rolling against my skin since it's smooth and cool. This roll is made of two different kinds of surfaces on each end. There is a Gua Sha piece as well as a roller with smooth and textured sides for a better blood flow, as well as a roller for the eye area. There is a cosmetic defect, such as scratches on the jade seem to be a used order. In addition to not seeing the free bag, the hand roller appears to have a black mole, or to be cut in a way that looks bad, or to be of dubious quality. In the future, I hope that I will not have the same problem with the new order. It is a painful wait to get this package order when there is too much snow outside in Minnesota today, but it has to be done. This is a great size and style, but I'm very upset to find that I got a used one, or one of bad quality (I'm paying for brand new order, I don't get anything free). Now, I will not waste my time of panic on my second order, I am even going to buy my third order from the same company with the big stress broken heart. Not every person at Amazon is positive about the product, and that is what drives me to buy it from Amazon. It is of good size, but I am not certain how long it will last due to the lack of quality of that part. I have very strong reservations about the cosmetic defect of the face roller I received. I don't see why it makes sense as same company did it, but the cut is different and it is rough. This is just a problem I have. There is no way I can give it to my mother as a gift. The sad part is that I will not be able to fulfill 2 more orders, but my luck may change. It seems like the packaging of it is nice, but its quality needs to be improved. Then it will be useful to use it for a long time and it should be purchased. As I got it showing on the video, the jade is not bright color or it obviously is of a low quality. Is it second hand or is it a defect?.
