My routine is to do this every day. I always let the oil soak in completely and then I wipe it off with a rag I keep nearby and keep my brush close by.

Over the years, I've had mine for over 15 years, that stains from time to time add to the beauty of the board. Those types of stains add to the beauty of the board. Whether these blocks were good cutting blocks at some point in time will continue to be that way, with some stains showing their life. I purchased this set to season my new bamboo cutting board. After receiving it, I was delighted to see that the product was packaged well and looked like a real product. It was, however, brown, as in the description and reviews, the cream appears yellow. Despite reaching out to the customer service department and Instagram, I Another seller accepted my return and I bought from them again.
This is a fake product. I'm so upset. I was supposed to give this as part of a wedding gift TOMORROW. . . and the set I got isn't real. antibacterial part of this board cream has been marked off in black marker. . . and it appears some of the cream has already been used. . . the dispenser it is in appears to be warped. The label on the "mystery" oil looks like something they made and then stuck on top of the bottle it's not even the real oil. The package the set comes in is a mess, too! And now I'm screwed! I need this gift by TOMORROW, but I can't buy it!.
A great way to take care of your John Boos cutting boards, although this set can be used on any boards, wood utensils, or anything that is made of Every time they are applied, it prevents them from cracking and drying out, and it makes them more beautiful.
As long as you follow the directions, you're all set. There was a lot of mystery oil in this bottle, and I originally thought it was the largest. This is not the case. I had not paid attention to the details when developing the product, which wasn't the fault of the product. According to what I've read, you do not need to clean an applicator between uses and/or between layers of cream and oil.

Recent events have led to the installation of butcher block counter tops. Due to its nontoxic nature and bees wax composition, Boos was my first choice. This product beads up in water, is easily absorbed, and is easy to use. I added additional layers of wax to the wood countertop because it was new. It was extremely dry in my environment, so I applied the wax several times.
This was bought for the purpose of using on a Boos cutting board that had not been properly looked after. Having been restored to life, it should remain so for a long time to come.
It looks like this has been altered. Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star because it looks as if the product has been tampered with so I couldn't provide a proper.
