It is true. However, I won't be purchasing any more Garnier products in light of what I discovered Garnier tests on animals.
Don't buy it. I cannot stay away from the store since this is why I rely on the store for all my shopping. There is no way to tell that it is a fake product. I have purchased the same product in a store and it has a safety seal. I did not see a safety seal on this product. The reason for this is that I don't feel comfortable using it.
