Yes, it has the numbing sensation of beeswax and peppermint and relieves dry chapped lips quickly! After using Carmex back in the late 1980's, regular brand chapstick for 25 years, and then switching to Burt's Bees in 2014, I switched to Burt's Bees. It is a line that I started with and have never looked back. It contains beeswax, vitamin E, and peppermint. Whenever the greasy slick has gone, I have to lube my lips again... if you really have chapped lips, this is a horrible experience. As such, I now make sure that I keep an eye on my Burts beeswax lip balm stock and make sure that I don't run out since buying them in bulk pays off at the end of the day. Hope it works out for you!

I am not even sure why I bother to even review this, it is Burt's F***ing Beeswax and every person in the world already knows it is the most amazing lip balm ever. Most major retail markets hold stockpiles of this stuff, so I think the aliens would have visited by now if they knew we held it. The plan is likely to microwave our entire civilization into a red paste and then steal Burt, his bees, a select group of Burt's factory employees, and all the products they can get their hands This is a fine line to walk, and we must not split hairs. There is no doubt that Burt will be preserved on machinery for millenia and that his bees will be revered as gods and used as magical wax tapers. It's like that. The best part about Burt's Beeswax lip balm is its amazing quality. It is amazing that aliens are killing humans. That would be the ultimate amazement, would it not? In all honesty, I do not know.
