My opinion is that Blistex is far superior to all the others I've tried. There are no other products I've tried that do a better job at healing and soothing dry chapped lips.
The SPF on this cream is 15, so it actually offers some sun protection. This is an excellent moisturizer that is in my beach bag and I use it every few hours. It keeps my skin very smooth.

There was an odd smell/scent to it and it lacked the cooling sensation that is characteristic of Bliztex. Hence, I picked up another set from Target just to make sure. It's true that the ones from Amazon are probably counterfeit or expired. Pictures are available of the originals. According to Target, 2018 will arrive, and according to Amazon, it will arrive in I also see that the label and font on the amazon tube is not as crisp as it is on.

I've been a classic fan for years The last time I used Blistex was for years and years. My lips actually respond to it as it is the ONLY lip balm that works. It was horrible. I tried one of these new Blistex tubes (the new ones said C 2018 on the tube, while the old ones said C 2011 or C 2012) and it was awful. The taste is waxy and leaves a coating on All traditional products taste and perform the same way - it works (or fails to work) as well as the others. I actually experience a drier mouth when I use it. Depending on your perspective, either this is a New Formula that stinks or this is a knock-off I believe it is more likely a formulation change. For the price they are charging, it must be an off-product. Having run out of my current lip balm, I am in the market for a new one. Its been a while since I ordered organic sets from Amazon, but I'm crossing my fingers that they arrive soon. The Blistex products. My goodness this product had an ugly taste and smell. I'm not sure what happened to it? We are no longer living in the same way. There is a stronger chemical taste and smell. There's just something different about it, not sure how to describe it.
My lips have reacted badly with other lip moisturizers but the Medicated Blistex works like no other. Thanks to the Medicated Blistex, I like the flavor (hardly noticeable) and how my lips feel after using it. As a result, my lips do not become dry and cracked for a long time following application of the moisturizer. Throughout the house, as well as in my purse and pocket, I keep these items. The Blistex that was in my pocket caused my pants to get soaked when I accidentally washed them. It was not necessary to pour the wash with Medicated Blistex in the top since it stayed on. There was no soap left in my Blistex from the washer. With the Medicated Blistex, you can perform a variety of activities. This is such a wonderful product! I have always received this product in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
There are a lot of non-flavored lip care products, but the sweetness makes my lips feel sticky and doesn't do anything for them. There is no better stuff out there. Among my many beauty products, I have one on my nightstand, in my purse, and in my makeup container. It is even the only item my husband carries, and he usually will not use anything that is not a tote. I love that I can get this stuff for such a great price. Will definitely be purchasing it frequently.
My lips tend to get chappy and cracked as a result of living in a humid climate. It also gets really hot and dry in the desert when my lips are chapped. There's nothing I can do when my lips get inflamed like that, and these Blistex medicated SPF lip balms are the only thing that works. I don't use these everyday so this 3 pack is a great value and lasts me for a long time. This is the only lip balm I need during severe weather conditions and I don't need to use any other lip balm. The only thing I would like to see improved is that it would prolong the period of time my lips would remain moisturized.
If you know the trick to using this lip balm once a day, you can use it great. The blistex saves me from having to put it on my lips every single day if I completely dry them before going to bed and use it one time daily. If you apply it to your lips before you go to sleep, the healing will occur during your sleep, and you won't have to worry about licking away the balm in the morning and having to reapply it. Besides, my view is that the natural healing process on the lips occurs even while the body sleeps, so I think this is a useful blistex for speeding up that natural healing process. If you lick this blistex, it will taste like warm wax on your lips, combined with a slight menthol, minty taste. It is not recommended that you dig your teeth into it, so don't end up licking it! The blistex tubes I currently have last me about a month and a half, so with a 3 pack I get about three tube worth of this product If I use it once a day, it will last me 5 months. My only way to get less than a month of use out of a tube is to A cylindrical shape makes it easy to roll, making it incredible easy to do. Be sure to put the tube in the same location each time and put something on top of it so it does not roll away.
