I ordered Original Formula but received Sea Breeze Actives which lists Salicylc Acid 1% as its only Active Ingredient. I hope this information is useful and that you receive your order as requested:
No, it's not made of oil. It removes oil from the skin and does so effectively! It's better than the blue-colored variety available in my neighborhood stores. It's very refreshing to me. If you have oily skin like I do and are approaching the age of 67! This astringent appears to be a good fit for you.
Yes, that is acceptable. It easily removes dirt and oil. It was even used by my mother when we were children.

This is something I've done since I was a teenager. Now that I'm 80 years old, I'd like to share some of my favorite memories with you. Even though it isn't advertised for itchy scalp, it is a fantastic product.
I'm amazed at how much dirt it removes from my face after I've cleansed it with cold cream. Makeup and dirt have been left behind on the cotton pad. I cleanse my skin with a washcloth, and I'm a retired cosmetologist, so I know what I'm doing. After removing my makeup and moisturizing my face at night, I use this to keep my skin from drying out. This is an excellent product.
5 stars. This is something I used in H. During the 1960s. It effectively removes dirt from pores while also being refreshing and non-irritating. dryingbr>br>However, I really wish this "original version"/ingredients had been left in BLUE. For the new version, I chose a different color. But for a skin care product, yellow?! It's now the color of urine. YUK!.
Since 1968, I've been using Sea Breeze and will never stop! It is the panacea. All of this is for a slew of different skin issues.
1. Use it on your scalp for great cleansing properties. You won't believe this, but it's true: I'm 68 years old and I'm losing hair: ), but it also cleans the scalp pores and LO- AND- BEHOLD, hair begins to grow. I'm not kidding!
2. It can also help with sore throats. > > > > YES! However, you must exercise extreme caution; do not gargle or consume it; instead, place some on a Q-tip. TIP: Put it as far back in the throat as possible and swab the TOP, BOTTOM, and BOTH SIDES without rinsing! Almost everyone has a gag reflex at first, but once you get past that, it's all downhill from there! This can be done once, but for best results, do it at least 4 to 6 times in about an 8-hour period. The sore throat should go away (in most cases), but if it persists, see your doctor, who may prescribe antibiotics. In other words, forget about the old remedy of gargling with salt water. WHY? Because, while salt kills bacteria, it does not remain in the throat long enough to do so. However, swabbing the back of the throat with Sea Breeze and not rinsing is effective. I've been using it for 45 years and have no intention of stopping!
3. It can also be used to get rid of those pesky little creatures that some people have in their lower extremities! Salves, ointments, and creams aren't worth the effort. SEA BREEZE is a great product to use for this.
It also has a wonderful scent. Bugs are kept off the skin as well. This original old school disinfecting Sea breeze spray is one of my favorites. Before I apply nail polish to my toes, I spray them. I filled a spray bottle with water.
Sea Breeze's original formula and aroma are still present. Sea Breeze is impossible to come by in local stores in rural New England, so Amazon came to the rescue. For facial and neck cleansing, as well as acne, this product comes highly recommended. Getting behind the ears is also beneficial.
The product was delivered in a jumbled gray plastic grocery bag, with the shipping label keeping it from unraveling completely. There was no box or other packaging for the bottle. To remove the safety seal, I unscrewed the lid. However, there were none to be found! I was hesitant to use this product because it is so easily tampered with.
No fragrance has been added to the "Original" formula. There is no added fragrance in the ingredients for this product. There is a fragrance in the bottle I received. Because I am allergic to added fragrances, this was a major disappointment for me. The first is my favorite. When I tried very small amounts of the fragrance, it didn't bother me, but it shouldn't have any when it says no fragrance!.
