I ordered one from this company about a month ago and really liked it, but it broke after I dropped it. So I ordered a replacement for TWICE the price of the first one, only to receive it and discover that it was not the same. As a result, I'm let down. My first one had a wider contour curve around the eye area (it looked exactly like the advertisement photo), whereas the replacement has a narrower contour curve. Also, while the first one felt more substantial and weighed more, the replacement is lighter in color and weight, and it feels/looks less expensive. Is it still possible to use the replacement? Yes, in general, but the contact points are a little different. And I could have gotten the same quality from a different seller for a lower price. It's also disappointing that the same seller's products are inconsistent.

After I contacted the company, they offered to send me a replacement at no cost to me. I offered to return the original's broken pieces, but they declined, stating that it should be discarded due to its condition. Then, after more than a month, I received notification from Amazon that I would be charged for the replacement because I had never returned the broken original. I contacted the vendor because they specifically told me not to mail back the original, and they acted as if they didn't understand the issue of me being charged for the replacement that I said I'd mail back the parts to, then offered to send me a third gua sha tool, which I declined because I won't pay for three cheaply made, defective tools. I would not recommend or purchase from this seller again.
