It's nice and firm, so it won't break when you use it. It comes with a small pamphlet that lists instructors and explains why they should be used. After seeing videos and hearing about other people's experiences with this product, I decided to purchase a Gua Sha stone and give it a try. My muscles have become less tense, and my face has become less puffy overall.
I saw this type of massage on TikTok but didn't know where to look for the stone! There are so many options out there, but as a first-timer, I figured I'd give this a shot, and it turned out to be fantastic! I would give it a ten out of ten rating; don't hesitate to purchase!.

This was what I used to massage my face with. It's quite effective. My face appears to be more defined, and it is supposed to help with wrinkles in the long run.

The stone is perfect for that area, and all I have to do now is smooth my skin with Abolene moisturizing cleanser, which has excellent slip. I suppose it reduces puffiness, but I have a lot less droop and feel like I can see better now that my children aren't as puffy. Maintain a consistent routine and look up more information on YouTube videos.
