What is the best eye make-up remover? The area around your eyes should be treated with care. On the skin, it feels good. I would strongly suggest it.

My eyes are extremely sensitive, and almost every makeup remover causes me problems. If I use anything else, my eyes will sting, itch, and water. It's very gentle and doesn't irritate my eyes in the least. I remove my makeup with it on a cotton pad, then quickly swish the other side of the pad under warm water and wipe my eye one last time to get rid of the "oily" residue left by the remover. It's also great for waterproof mascara and eyeliner.

This is the only way I'm going to be able to get something done. This is my go-to eye makeup remover because I haven't found anything else that works as well, and it removes even stubborn waterproof mascara. In the bottle, it appears to be a mixture of oil and water. It works by putting a small amount on a cotton ball. There's also no need to rub too hard. Because I use it on a daily basis, I prefer to buy in bulk.

This eye makeup remover is one of my favorites. Any other brands have lost their appeal for me. This is the best; I always use waterproof mascara, and this easily removes it. There will be no tugging or pulling. Love it. Remover of choice for removing eye makeup.

It is difficult to remove waterproof mascara with this product

Doesn't work as well as it claims at removing waterproof mascara. After blotting, I had to rub and rub, and I still woke up with mascara under my eyes and on my face (I don't use mascara on my lower lashes, by the way).
