The Biotin and Collagen healing oil treatment was delivered today, and I got it this week. This product did not come in a box, unlike the OGX argan oil that I purchased at the same time.
The cap of the product does not fit tightly. As a result, I do not know if this stuff has been used or even if it's healthy for me to use. The label is also scratched which makes the whole thing even more damaged. My search on the OGX website did not turn up any information on whether this product comes with a box or a sealed cap. It is extremely disappointing for me as an OGX fan and I have no idea what to do. As soon as I find out more about it, I probably will return or exchange it. The downside is that I do not recommend using it since you can never be sure what is inside if it is this way? The answer to this question is important to me since I am worried.
