Reading the description, it explains that it simply gives the appearance of thick, healthy hair instead of actually causing the hair to grow thick and healthy.
A new biotin and collagen healing oil treatment was sent to me this week, and I got As opposed to the OGX's argan oil that I had ordered at the same time, this product did not come in a box. As well, the cap of the product does not seal. Since it has been used and it isn't safe for me to use it, I don't know if it is even good for me. The label is also scratched, so it is kinda a hassle to read. I wasn't able to locate this product on OGX website and see if it came in a box or has a sealed cap. It is very disappointing for me to be an OGX fan and I'm unsure of what to do. The more info I find, the more likely I am to return or exchange it. In any case, I do not recommend using it since if this is the case how do you know exactly what is in it? The reason I am concerned is that I hope Amazon or OGX will reply to my question.
My hair can grow to my waist. Starting with the coconut formula was the best decision. I found it a little helpful with breakage, but thin in texture and heavy in feel.
