I use it when I shave and it gives a silky smooth shave. I don't get razor bumps with it because it moisturizes you without causing irritation while shaving! Applying it to my face in the shower before shaving (with the water facing away from me) and washing it away after shaving with a good razor works well for me. Furthermore, as soon as I get out of the shower, I apply just a bit more oil to keep my skin as soft as possible Although it does not smell like coconuts, I want to draw your attention to one very important aspect that I believe is critical. The real coconuts from Hawaii don't smell sweet and processed like the "coconut" that is found in most food products & beverages There are scents. Since it lacks the scent, it shows that it actually is the real deal. The chemical compounds that are used to create that smell are horrible. If you're trying to smell like a tropical coconut, you can expect some terrible side effects. This product was also great for the dispensers, since it came with a cap for shipping, one that you can press to open, as well as a pump for those of us who like to control the amount we receive.

There is no change in the appearance of the oil when applied as outlined on the label. It has been nice to use the pump, as it is very easy to use. My daily application of the oil is done after I shower with what I need. It flows smoothly, feels light, and is quickly absorbed. I've used this lotion for years and it never weighs me down or dries out my skin. This is great! I'm glad I found it! The Castor Oil I also got has received rave reviews from my friends who use it on their feet and hair. Just to let you know, I did not receive any remuneration for writing this post. I love it.

Castor oil for hair growth is the only product that I have found to be effective. The experience with this for my mother is now something I share with all my friends and family. As a result of over plucking and stress, I was loosing my eyebrows. It works! I started using it every night and my eyebrows started looking thicker within a few weeks.
