This model does come with a brush attachment. I, too, have used a Conair hair dryer similar to this one for years, but recently bought a less expensive one with a broken brush. I gave it back to you. Fortunately, this model is nearly identical to the one I've been using and enjoying for years.

If you like me, drop me a line. I'm black and curly-haired. This is the blow dryer you'll need if you have a nappy head of hair. My black people, this is who I'm rocking with. I bought two more after I tried it just in case they stopped making them. My hair is 4 inches past my shoulder, not sure about longevity because I haven't had it long enough, but 5 all around.
The comb attachments are well-made and sturdy. br>The quality of this dryer has astounded me.
This dryer is so much better than the original that it's impossible to compare the two. They (and I) should be proud of their progress. It's even better for a couple of reasons: the comb attachments DON'T come off easily, so even if you go back over one tangle you missed, it'll stay put. The lock feature is by far the most useful on here. Even though I believe the brush is more for styling, I only use the detangling comb and could care less about the other two. This one does the job right the first time, so I don't see the point in using the other two. I have extremely thick hair, and blow drying it with the standard Conair 1875 took an eternity, and the attachments came off with one single comb-out. It was extremely inconvenient, no matter how much I detangled it beforehand, and I avoided blow drying my hair after a wash because of it. Because this comb is super strong and secure, it won't even budge, even a little, I can now get it done twice as quickly. I used it today and was able to complete the task in a fraction of the time! Also, I didn't lose nearly as much loose hair while/after I was done, indicating that the comb aids in breakage. Anyway, this blow dryer is fantastic, and it will work wonders for ethnic hair. It's a little more expensive than the other one, but it's well worth it, and I'm glad I gave it a try. I rarely write reviews because I'm either too lazy or don't feel like it, but I decided to do so for this product because it truly deserves it. I didn't intend for it to be this long, but oh well.
Using a hair dryer and comb is much more time consuming. This is what I use on my 4C hair. It effortlessly straightens my hair. Using a hair dryer and comb separately would take much longer. I use a heat protector and haven't had any problems with breakage.
This dryer was purchased to replace a dryer of a similar type that I purchased from Sally's Beauty (Gold). Hot). The performance of this dryer is outstanding. It takes only a few minutes for it to dry. All of the attachments have been tried. They have a lock. in and hold it for a long period of time I haven't had any come off during the drying process, which was a common occurrence with my old dryer. Furthermore, the hair comb attachment is a thicker version of the original. My previous one's teeth broke off almost every time I used it, so this one's construction is much more durable. I'm very pleased with this dryer and would purchase it again if I needed to replace it. So far, it's been performing like a much more expensive dryer, and I'm very pleased with it.
It's the best; I have very curly hair and can blow dry it perfectly straight with the brush attachment. I'd never be able to use a round-brush blow dryer. My hair becomes frizzy and tangled as a result of using this type. I guess I'm just too uncoordinated. Since they were first introduced, I've been using this type of blow dryer. This particular model has a long life expectancy.
I've had a Conair blow dryer for more than 20 years. br>Each new upgrade has left me more than satisfied. I am a black woman with naturally long, thick hair, and I have two daughters who have long, curly hair as well. This blow dryer was given to me as a gift for my birthday. They last about 3 to 5 years, and the only issue I have is that finding the attachment is extremely difficult.
This is "the one," in my opinion. I've had some version of this thing for a long time because I like how easy it is to dry when the brush and comb are attached to the dryer. I've had a couple of non-alcoholic drinks lately. I bought pro versions for about half the price of this one at the supermarket. They didn't last long because they were constantly overheating and the attachments were frequently falling off. This one has a much more substantial feel to it. I think the attachments will stay on better because they are attached in a different way. It hasn't overheated yet (and hopefully won't in the future - It's still in its early stages). Most importantly, it dries quickly and straightens out beautifully. I'm glad I came across it.
